Wow, what a punch in the balls for Marshall. Just a few yards away from sealing it. And the defense choking it away giving up 2 90+ yard dives in 8 minutes. Though the game shoulda been sealed when the WVU lineman obviously held in the endzone, which shoulda wound up being a safety. Nonetheless, tough pill for the Herd.
i pick 3 games ..i dont start betting till about the 4th week but today...i like south carolina -3....okl -7 miami +8.5..thats my story and im sticking to it:wave:
if south carolina wins today..they going to start thinking they can win it all...hell,,if they win today..they may can:dunno:..they looked as smooth as any team i seen play so far..i know i know southern miss..like bama last week..hard to tell anything ...bamas 3rd string looked good
Ok so i'm on the espn site looking at all the games and which to keep an eye on and I notice on the top banner there's this Admiral Ackbar for mascot and i'm like wtf? so i click it, watch the video and thought it hilarious and decided to hop over to scout.com to say so and i see the Ole Miss fans are embarrassed by it for some stupid fucking reason. Same thing on scout.com. Apparently humor has been banned over there.
Watch this video and i'll ask you guys, which is embarrasing? The video or being an SEC team and losing to FCS division 1AA Jacksonville State??? Of course if my team gave the worst defensive showing of any SEC team in the history of mankind then I guess I'd have a hard time finding humor in anything too.... (they DO have some hot women tho)
oh and before i forget.... Go Cardinal! Beat the Bruins!
It's true that a man of my stature doesn't like to be kept waiting, but fortunately for you I decided to take a break from entertaining the Swedish Bikini Team to check this thread. So......
At +8 1/2 I'm sorely tempted to bet Miami, but I've got a gut feeling it's one of those lines that's too good to be true.
Still, I can only pick Baill's Bunch to win it by six, 27 to 21
Hard for me to pick Oklahoma after the way they played last week but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and figure they squeak one out here 31 to 28 over FSU
VERY hard for me to embrace Michigan based on one good game, especially going on the road to Lurking Dirkville. Throw in the absence of Charlie Weiss (that's like putting an automatic extra 7 points on the board for the Domers) and it gets even tougher. However, I'm picking Michigan 27 to 24
No worries. Even though the Cardinal figure to suffer mightily from the loss of Gerhard the Bruins are still two years short of becoming relevant again. I see them winning three games this year, including a season ending victory over Titsrock's woeful USC Felons
i wouldn't bet on Cal over Colorado. Cal is notorious for losing games they shouldn't.
Stanford is the PAC-10 team to watch. their qb Andrew Luck is better than many people know.
Been busy these past couple of days. I hope these picks aren't coming in too late your highness...so here goes.
THEU versus Baill's Bunch == seeing as I have OSU in the national championship game, I suppose you think I'll take the Luckeyes automatically...huh, NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND........Baill's meanness to my Boise State Broncos has forced me to shift allegiances to THE U
The U -- 21
Baill's Bunch--20
I think Miami's offense is better, but Ohio State's defense is better. SC only put up 18 in the Shoe. I think Miami can get 21 for the win.
Florida State Versus Boomer Sooner
Boomer Sooner's almost meltdown last week to UsnoreState has me rethinking this one, too. Even if Boomer Sooner was looking ahead and hearin' those drums and horns from Tally a week early...
it's hard to look past givin' up 300+ in the air against UsnoreState. I gotsta think Christian Ponder and the 'Noles will air it out and come away with a win here, too.
FloridaState 33 Boomer Sooner 27
I can't really go with your Quak Attak versus Tenn or Bama versus Penn State because I think these games are going to be lopsided wins for Oregon and Bama. But there is some meat in the SEC this week that's worth lookin' at closer.
Georgia versus South Carolina has slobberknocker special sauce written all over it. It's a coin flipper in my book this season even though the Dawgs have treated South Carolina like Tiger Woods at the Bunny Ranch 7 out of the previous 8 years.
I'm going with a mild shocker here
The fake wannabe USC 14
Sweet Georgia Brown in the Pants 10
Not many highlights in this one. Although there may be quite a few busty coed shots :rubbel: to keep the ratings ~up~ for this one
I really can't in good faith put ucla vs the fightin' harbaughs as our final contest. So...we're gonna reach back into hallowed antiquity for our 4th game. We're going for the GranPappy Grudge Bowl..:yesyes:
The Fightin' Durk Clan from notre doom versus Miiiichimeeega
This one used to bring a twinkle in the eye and a boner in the pants of every hot-blooded male in the entire nation from 1947 - 1987...but these past 20 or so years...the lustre has fallen off a bit. I see a coin-flipper nail biter game. I think the irish are better, but miiiiichimeeega needs this one badly.
The Durky Clan 28 Miiiichimeega 30
I really, really, really want to take South Florida over the Florida Softies in the Swamp...I don't think the gators will have their offense figured out in a week. South Florida is supposedly a defensive team, but my low opinion of the Big East thus far keeps me away from this game as my Upset Shocker Pick of the Week.
My blowout of the day special...
cal 49 justanothergirl's sadsacks from Boulder 17

My two favorite teams (Oklahoma and Miami) play today in two HUGE games.
I think Oklahoma took Utah State lightly, and wasn't prepared for that option play they did. Ryan Broyles(the best WR in the country) will have have a huge game like he always does. Oklahoma 35, Florida St. 31
Like titsrock said, Miami has a slight edge on offense, but Ohio State has the better defense. I'll give Ohio State the edge because they're at home. Ohio State 28, Miami 21.
There are some chunky Georgia fans in the stands..what happened to all the busty coed camera shots :weeping:
Let it be said that South Carolina's unis are a disaster. Too many stripes, a wretched, boring maroon color... The old ball coach needs some Nike style :yesyes:
Here is the eternal question with the SEC...is it really good defenses or just crappy offenses? :dunno: South Carolina takes two steps back for every step forward so far..
No worries. Even though the Cardinal figure to suffer mightily from the loss of Gerhard the Bruins are still two years short of becoming relevant again. I see them winning three games this year, including a season ending victory over Titsrock's woeful USC Felons
