Can't wait for the keg and a couple friends to grace the ManPad for a day of football to numb the mind and sooth the violent natures of us all, for one day anyhow!

Bring it on, it's Football!

Prediction time! :partysml:

Patriots @ Bills ---> I've gotten every bills game wrong, but I think the pats figure out this week that welker is suppose to be on the field 38-17

49ers @ Jets ---> Sanchez is going to be terrible and Tebow will be put in for the last 5 minutes, the circus is in town folks

Seahawks @ Rams ---> Home field advantage is going to be huge for the rams this year, I think this could be one of the best games on sunday, 27-24

Carolina @ Falcons ----> Atlanta is looking lights out, and at home...

Vikings @ Lions ----> complete toss up, but I think megatron is about to explode at home. 9 catches 135 yards 2 tds

Chargers @ Chiefs ---> I'm not a huge san diego fan, but I like them a little bit more than the chiefs. 23-13

Titans @ Texans ---> That Houston running game is scary as shit... Tate could easily be a top 10 rb in the league

Bengals @ Jacksonville ---> Blaine Gabbert has improved a lot, but I still think the bengals are a better team 25-24

Raiders @ Denver ----> Manning's look a little shaky the past two games but oakland is just what he needed, 24-36, 3 TDs 1 INT

Miami @ Arizona ----> Upset!!!!!!!! Kolb is going to fall and the cardinals will have an interesting qb situation with Skelton coming back next week (I'm still rooting for him) 24-13

Redskins @ Tampa Bay ---> I can't believe how great RG3 has been, and against a weak team in Tampa Bay I think he can the lead the skins

Saints @ Green Bay ---> This was a little tough to chose because I can't believe that the saints could be 0-4, but Green Bay at home is to much for a headcoachless saints team

Chicago @ Dallas ---> Cutler, will you please start to play good because I don't want to have to eat crow for saying you're a top 10 qb :dickhead:

I know this is a week old, but Austin Collie was placed on IR last monday... This is just another injury for the guy and I hate to see it. I've always been a fan of him, but this could be the end of his career. I actually read that he's had so many concussions that he has to wear a visor because the lights hurt his head.

It's just a real shame, he had so much talent but he was on the wrong side of luck..

sadly i think you are right about Austin, i think he has suffered 3 concussions to date.
Bills fans Fred Jackson is playing Sunday i hope he helps the Bills but given New England's line it's Mario Williams who needs to show up big.

Ace Bandage

The one and only.
I loved Austin Collie when he played and was healthy. But seriously, someone needs to be in his ear telling him it's not worth it. It's just football. Three bad concussions and a ruptured knee tendon since 2010. I think it's courageous that he keeps coming back and playing, but at some point, you have to realize that it wasn't meant to be. Use your degree, and find a job that doesn't require you to take hits to the head. At some point quality of life has to become a factor.

So you're telling me I shouldn't start Collie next week?

Harbaugh is running a 2 qb system against the 2 qb Jets. Go Kaep!

Minnesota will beat Detroit. I was wrong about them. Lions are shit.

AP's got 50 on 6 after 1 and Ponder just looks really calm out there. This team could be better than I thought (6-10). With the Fudge Pack maybe 1-3 after today and Detroit playing like they are and Chicago questionable, who knows.

Matty Ice!

The Falcons remind me of those pre champion Colts. World beaters and crazy stats during the regular season, but haven't figured out the playoffs yet. Let's hope it stays that way.

Go 9ers!! Shutout!!! Sorry Maley!

 Nice job with the picks  ! looks like you went 10 for 12, not including Giants/Philly or Chicago/Dallas...

Glad to see my boy RG3 get it done in the clutch !!!, and Cundiff may have saved what's left of his career with that kick...maybe

Saints got robbed, Drew Brees just can't catch a break this year,,,450 yds and 3 tds and they STILL loose :brick:

Tom Trerrific !!!

Poor Cam... :(

Tebow Time :D !!!

I'm with you on Cutler...he's got too much talent to be so mediocre...hopefully he will start to play to his potential Monday night !

me you and i know one more person on this board remembers that super bowl WELL that is the worst screwing i have ever witnessed on a football field. pitt was going to win that game if stripes had to put on the chicken shit yellow. but words of a coach after a game...i cant even remember who at the moment ? ( i be damn if im going to stand here and blame one call on us loosing the game..it should have never come to that)
amen

Billy Cundiff should be gone. if i where the Redskins i would bring in kicker's every day and make him win the job every week 2 of those misses where inexcusable.

Watching the Packers/Saints game made it seem like the refs weren't that much of an improvement over the replacements. :1orglaugh

I am so happy that's he's gone from the ravens... It feels so great that I didn't have to put my faith in him this year

---Only a Baltimore Ravens fan is allowed to make jokes about Ray Lewis, nobody else

I turned on the Falcons game with carolina punting the ball with 1:50 left in the game.. What a finish. That 50 yard bomb was kind of funny, I saw him run the play action and I was like "what a stupid play, nobody's expecting you to run on the 1 yard line", and then he made the best play I had seen all day... This team scares the living hell out of me :lurk:

Finally Chris Johnson puts up some big time numbers. He's killing my fantasy team, he's just been sitting on the bench

I love how I've been starting him every week until this week. I was like, he sucks against the lions no way in hell will he get over 20 yards against Houston... What the hell Johnson, what the hell...

I really thought those fans were going to run onto the field. The refs blew a fumble call and it almost led to a saint field goal. I honestly believe had they lost they would have stormed the field and it would have been a mess
