St. Petersburg: Southern Mississippi
MAACO:Utah (They're just a bowl team)
Poinsettia: San Diego State (Y'all don't realize how good this team is)
Hawaii: Hawaii (Ditto)
Little Caesars: Florida International (Mario Cristobal shoulda got some consideration for the Miami job)
Independence: Air Force (Hell yeah, my kinda game)
Champs Sports: West Virginia (Both of these teams coulda had much better seasons)
Insight: Missouri (Predicting a fun, exciting, moderately high scoring game)
Military: Maryland (Why the fuck was Ralph Friedgen fired??)
Texas: Illinois
Alamo: Arizona (Really no rhyme or reason for picking them, just a gut feeling)
Armed Forces: Southern Methodist (Army has beaten absolutely nobody)
Pinstripe: Kansas State (Two words: Daniel Thomas.)
Music City: Tennessee (Unfortunately)
Holiday: Nebraska (I was real close to picking UW)
Meineke: Clemson
Sun: Notre Dame (Mainly cuz of the coaching and QB situations)
Liberty: Georgia (Too good to finish under .500)
Chick-fil-a: South Carolina (The loser, after all their "improvement" is gonna still end up with 5 losses)
Ticket City: Texas Tech (Who is the Ticket City? Or is that a sponsor?)
Outback: Florida (I'm gonna be pissed if they dont send out Urban Meyer a winner)
Capital One: Michigan State (THE bowl game I wanna see the most)
Gator: Michigan (Denard Robinson unlocks Manny Diaz's defense)
Rose: Texas Christian (If we replayed the whole season all over again, I might put my money on these two to play in the Championship)
Fiesta: Oklahoma (Yawn)
Orange: Virginia Tech (How many ranked teams has Stanford beaten?? 0.)
Sugar: Ohio State (Despite all my talking up Arkansas)
Go-daddy: Miami, Oxford (MTSU = Worst. Bowl team. Ever. Temple University says fuck you.)
Cotton: Texas A&M (Very interesting matchup)
BBVA Compass: Pittsburgh
Kraft: Nevada (Total domination. They were this close to going undefeated.)
BCS Championship: Oregon (They'll win, and look like shit doing it.)

Thanks for accepting my late entry :)

Y'all act like Fresno should have just walked all over the Huskies! NIU has a very strong football program and has had for a number of years. They get a lot of second-tier guys that would normally end up at Big 10 schools if they could be starters. Tough team on both sides of the ball.

NIU is a good team but I would have assumed that FSU could beat them after having just beat the best team from the state of Illinois a few weeks back.

Of course it doesn't mean a ton but Illinois just lost to FSU but beat NIU earlier this season....

True. However, you could make the same argument about Kentucky being better than Alabama based on that logic. Anyone who assumed a Bulldog win set themselves up for disaster and that's exactly what happened.

You Homos are looking live at the man who will go undefeated this bowl season!!

I don't think so, son.

True. I just think the presumption of FSU being better than NIU would have been a given (rightly or wrongly) and their win over Illinois in their last game just solidifying that presumption.

I don't think anyone presumes Kentucky is better than Alabama just because they beat S. Carolina... I would go so far as to say no one really believes S. CaroLina Is better than Alabama just because they beat them in a game.

I thought the Fresno/Northern Illinois matchup was an even one going in.

Let's not forget NIU went 8-0 in MAC play. The MAC is actually a pretty deep conference. No top tier teams (except possibly NIU of course), but alot of good teams.

I'll give you this. Looking at a matchup of middle of the pack teams from each conference, Western Michigan got annihilated by Idaho (at home no less), a team that nearly won in Fresno. NIU barely beat WMU. So that was one indicator that Fresno should win, but that obviously didn't happen.

Btw Northern Illinois > Illinois and Northwestern.

I only thought it would be a close NIU win because I was quite sure Fresno wouldn't be into the game. They laid down  It's time for a regime change there.
