Former Bucs offensive coordinator Liam Coen is going to be the head coach in Jacksonville. This is after turning the position down and reportedly accepting a contract from Tampa which would have made him the highest paid coordinator in the league. There was a whole thing about Jacksonville firing GM Trent Baalke and him (Coen) not returning Tampa's phone calls. It was a whole crazy thing.

Pete Carroll to be head coach of the Raiders. Carroll back in a division with Jim Harbaugh. That will be interesting.

My money will be on the Chiefs, but my heart 💚 will be with the Eagles.
Not normally a ******** man, but here's when betting a game makes so much sense to me.
In this case, either my team wins, or I'll be "financially compensated" if they lose, i.e., a win-win!

Some final pieces of news before the Super Bowl:

Browns DE Myles Garrett requested a trade this past week. Browns management have said they do not plan to trade Garrett but teams always say that.

49ers WR Deebo Samuel has been granted permission to seek a trade.

Aaron Rodgers has been informed by the Jets that they will be parting ways. Formal announcement in the coming days.

The game was over at half-time. I think 24-0? KC couldn't move the ball.

FWIW - the "winning" Superbowl ad was the Budweiser one, with the foal "nosing" the lost keg to catch up with the traditional wagon's deliveryman.
