Joe Flacco looks like he could save the Bengals season in their win over Pittsburgh last night. Everyone is criticizing the Browns for trading for trading Flacco.
Carolina has a winning record for the first time since October of 2021. When the Panthers are winning, I notice things I never knew were there before: birds singing, dew glistening on a newly formed leaf, stoplights.

Oh, man.. My poor NY Giants. Lost WR1 Nabers for the season, around a month ago. Now, they lost their RB1 Skattebo, too. Gonna be a long last half of the season.
LVR WR1 J. Meyers traded to JAX;
NO WR2 R. Shaheed traded to SEA;
(as part of Sauce trade -) IND WR5 A. Mitchell traded to NYJ;
MIA OLB J. Phillips traded to PHI;
TEN OLB D. Jones traded to BAL;
CLE OLB T. Tryon-Shoyinka traded to CHI;
CIN LB L. Wilson traded to DAL;
and LAC DB J. Taylor traded to NYJ.
Carolina played like a bunch of penises. That game was an abortion.
Bryce Young is not an NFL quarterback. There is nothing wrong with being a run first team but the quarterback still needs to be good enough to keep the defense honest. New Orleans overloaded the box to stop Rico Dowdle which means there is single coverage somewhere. If he can't make those throws then the team needs to find someone who can.
That does not constitute a verbal contract. I'm not actually going to throw up in a bathtub if Carolina loses the next seven games:
Atlanta
Tampa Bay x2
San Fran
Seattle
Rams
Saints again.
It's like he can't throw further than 10 yards. It's so soul crushing because now we know the last few weeks were a mirage.
