That one album Offspring did were they ripped off songs like Life Goes On by the Beatles and Hold on Loosely by 38 Special and changed the lyrics around, those guys suck the sweat off a dead mans balls, actually the lead singer does.
 
Jewel's cover of Paul McCartney's Maybe I'm Amazed. The Faces did it right - a song of pure passion. Jewel sounds like she is reading off a menu.
Any cover done by William Shatner.

I agree with all of those. Although I like Guns N' Roses but I didn't like when they did "Live and Let Die."
 
all covers should be made *******. its never been ok to rip off someone elses ****.

I don't care for Disturbed either, but I wouldn't call them the worst. I can think of about a hundred bands who are worse.
btw, have you heard In Flames' cover of that song?

Atreyu did a cover of "Epic" by Faith No More. Now there's a load of ****. The vocals were ****-horrible. Not because of the vocal style of the band's subgenre (I actually liked Atreyu's early album 'Suicide Notes...') but they never grew up and they only got worse. This was just awful.



Doesn't that just **** you off??
