NFL '11 Season Thread

Not sure how the the Dolphins almost beat them. After the Dolphins tied it up early in the 3rd quarter, the Pats took the lead and did nothing but extend it the rest of the game. The Dolphins touchdown with 3 minutes left was just a trash score.

Final: Pats 38 - Dolphins - 24

Now having said that, this will be the Patriots toughest game of the last month of the season.

That's poor word choice on my part.. I meant it was close for the most part..

It's that time of the week.. Time to take a look back at some of last week's picks.. Do you guys know who won last week?? Let me take a second and check.. :mail: ... What?!?! It was me??? Never would have guessed..

Seattle @ Chicago <-- It's going to rain skittles

He had 2 touchdowns last week.. Let it Rain!

Tennessee @ Indianapolis <-- This Jake Locker guy doesn't look to bad.

He came in and went 11 for 16 and threw a TD.. Why would you not start him?

Miami @ Buffalo <-- J.P Losman returning to buffalo, but it doesn't matter.. It's just going to be reggie bush all day.

I can't believe Moore was able to get cleared to play, but it didn't matter who handed the ball off to bush.. 203 yards, 2 TD's

New Orleans@ Minnesota <-- Drew Brees is going to light it up.

32 for 40, 5 TD's, 412 yards... :surprise:

Cleveland @ Arizona <-- I have no clue what to make of this John Skelton guy, all I know is that I like him..

Skelton getting the ovetime win! Nice job trading for Kevin Kolb

New York Jets @ Philadelphia <-- Jets aren't all that..

Jets got killed, and now they're going to run their mouths again this week.. :bs:

Baltimore @ San Diego <-- This is the game where we show everbody just how good we are..

That was terrible, just terrible..

Hasselbeck is a serviceable QB. Besides the top tier QBs. All the rest are the same and Hasselbeck is in that mediocre bunch. To say that you don't know why he even started in the last 3 years is stretching it a bit.

My poor Jets.

At least Mark Sanchez is a pleasure to look at. :)

Great, Boldin needs surgery and will be out for at least 2 weeks. Evans needs to step his game up now. But, I have a feeling Tandon Doss will be the guy who steps in. We now have 5 WR's on our team, 3 are rookies(one undrafted), a guy who we traded for this season and he missed half the season, and guy who has never caught a pass for 2 years. Sweet!

The Bears are a joke. The shit they are peddling out of Halas Hall is unbelievable. You mean to tell me the best we can do is Caleb fucking Hanie? He fucking sucks. I cannot tell you how fucking angry I am as a lifelong Bears fan. We have no backup QB, the O-line is atrocious and we have a pedestrian WR corp. I am embarrassed to be a Bears fan and I know I'm not alone after watching this team stink it up the last four games. Jerry Angelo knew Hanie couldn't play, he knew the WR corp sucked, he knew the O-line sucked and what did he do? He picked up Roy Williams and Chris Spencer, well ladi fucking da Jerry. My little ten year old cousin could make better draft picks than Jerry Angelo. This team needs to be completely overhauled and the absence of Cutler has made us realize how bad this team really is. I don't know why I continue to watch this team. I've put my heart and soul into this team, watching every game every week like a dumbass and what do I get for it. Jerry Angelo is a joke and the McCaskey family is a joke. This team is complete horsehit, goddammit. I can't stand it anymore.:bang::hairpull:

But nothing is going to change because next week against GB you're going see Hanie under center again because who else are you going to put in? Josh McCown, I mean the guy was out of football for a reason when the Bears signed him: he bites, he coaching high football for christs sake. Kill me now.

That sounds like how the Bears have been for...ummm...the past 60 years.

Going into the off season last year the Bears greatest needs were at WR and O-line. This year its the same damn thing. What the hell are the Bears doing? I'm fucking mad as hell.

lol @ bears

IF the Vikings pick first they could draft luck and deal Ponder because with the new rookie pay limits it would not hurt the salary cap. or the could trade out of the pick as so teams will be offering a lot to try and get that pick. but honestly the Vikings need a left tackle before another qb.

BCT

Pucker Up Butter Cup.
Wonder what the Chiefs fans think of Orton now? Stupid asses thinking he was good:1orglaugh
