NFL '11 Season Thread

Iceman is right, its not just the D though, in case you havent noticed the Colts offense has been in decline for the last few seasons now, they havent really ever had a run game either. They have relied on Manning 110% his entire career in Indy . Even with Manning they win 6 games this year. Their lineman are old and beat up,the best years of the Manning era are gone even if he were to play. Its ova! Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL, not Manning or Brady. Times are changing.

I have to suffer through Tyler Palko until the Packers game at 3. Trust me *****, you'd rather watch the vikings :1orglaugh

I don't know how they can pass up on Andrew Luck if they end up with the first pick. Look if Manning was healthy and playing I'm not sure they would be that much better because that defense is horrible.

That D sucks, but with Manning on the field, that D doesn't get time to play. Opposing offenses don't score if they're not on the field. Plus, do you think that D plays the way they do when they know they have a chance to win? When their leader is on the field with them? Look at Denver. A 3 win team with Orton, now they could make the playoffs because they have a qb they believe in. Indy is at least a 10 win team with Manning in the lineup.

Edgarrin James was rushing for 1,500 yards in Indy.

True but that was late 90's early 2000's, James was gone by the time they had they're best years with Manning, he wasnt there very long just 3-4 yrs if that. I'm talikng about the potent offenses they have had since around '05 when Addai took over.

WOOHOO!!! Houston Texans are the AFC South Division Champs!!

Peytons best year was with Edge. 2004. Like a boss.

 Oh please, not this. Your not actually suggesting Tebow is what's making Denver's defense good because he's just that freaking inspirational. People believing things like that is a big part of what has made the situation get past the point of ridiculous.

I think we've all learned a lot so far this day:

1. The Raven's are the most balanced team in the AFC

2. The bengals aren't for real (have they even beaten a winning team)?

3. The patriot's have absolutely no defense

4. T.J Yates was a steal

5. Chris Johnson is not back

6. The packers are scary good.
