Hopefully, Smooge shows up to play, Robbie gets going early, and JJ stays out of foul trouble.

My Boilermakers put on a clinic today in West Lafayette against the West Virginia Mountaineers. Purdue played very well on both sides of the ball. In fact, this was probably their most complete game of the season. At one point, Purdue was up by 24 points. WVU just looked stunned on the offensive side of the ball. They couldn't get anything done against the Boilermaker's suffocating defense (check my sig). I'm really excited about this win, and I hope it garners some respect for Purdue. We're not a flashy team, but our blue collar boys can play some ball. Boiler Up!

Well played victory by Missouri St. over the ISU Redbirds tonight, though they may have gotten away with a phantom call on the offensive charge whistled against Osiris Eldridge late in the game - nonetheless, great game by both teams, and I expect these two teams to be competitive on the top of the MVC, along with Northern Iowa and Wichita St.

Great OT victory by the Zags over the Illini in Chicago today. It looked rather sloppy for both teams at times, but it all came down to hitting the key shots and free throws for Gonzaga. The Illini still have some growing pains ahead of them, but I certainly expect to them to be a much better team next year.
