The only reason that people have been on Brees' nuts for the past few years is because he racks up a ton of passing yards. He only has a lot of passing yards because he is on a team that does nothing but throw the ball. It doesn't matter who your quarterback is; if you do nothing but throw the ball, you're going to have a lot of passing yards.

Yes, Brees is a good quarterback, but the Saints have an offensive system which makes him look a lot better than what he really is.

Brady's got to be shitting in his boots. On the other hand, he can probably name his price with another team. Part of the reason Cassel looks so good is that O-Line. Right, T.B.? Kraft ought to be keeping them both. Why no GM?

Thats a good point m8 but i like him a lot, sure he has good recievers in the likes of Moore and Colsten, but you have to give him credit for his accuracy with his throwing

Now if Cassel takes New England to the AFC championship game, or better yet the Super Bowl then The Pats will have some decisions to make.

The Pats could also put a franchise take on Cassel which would give him like 14 million. He could not sign that and go get a starting job or he can get 14 mil gurantee

I dont think the Pats will get to the superbowl this year- theres stronger teams out there and Cassel is good but he aint that good, he will be found out soon, he was terrible the first few games now he has had 2 good matches and everyone calling him the new Brady! he wont do what he did last week on a regurlar basis, the best thing about him and what i do rate is the way he can scramble and run with the ball, but as far as passing he is nowhere near as good as Brady
