I think the problem with these kind of ratings is that it's a rating over an entire body of work. With the already mentioned issues as a result (performance changing over time; subjectivity...). But a girl is not always in full control of her performance either. I've seen enough photo shoots or vids where the girl is actually doing fine, but the camera work, lighting, poses, other models and actors etc. are just pulling the quality down. You could for example have a vid where the male performer doesn't know what he's doing and the cameraman is talking and talking and swinging his camera all over the place. No matter how good or hot the girl might be, it annoys me. A reason why I skip it and don't watch it. And I would be tempted to rate the girl lower than she deserves.
That being said, if you want to implement some kind of rating, you shouldn't only focus on the girl I think. How about rating different aspects of a vid for example? For every vid the girl's in you could give an overall rate, a rate on the camera work, story, and so on? Because if I want to check out the girl I'm going to watch anyway and make up my own mind if I like her or not. I don't need a rating for that. But if I see ratings that the camera work of the vid sucks for example, than that would be something of value to me to take into consideration.
Just spewing some thoughts and ideas...

If the Freeones board members don't like an OCSM for any reason at all ... then the lady's body ratings will go down. Then the OCSM, model or pornstar could get pissed and thus she would make less postings here in her thread (for example in the Babes and Fetishes Forum). All this could lead to lowered traffic to her site. Thus it defeats the ultimate purpose of Freeones. I always thought that the objective of Freeones is for guys (and girls) to join paysites. Now isn't it? How could that be if it leads to lower traffic at a pornstar's or an adult content owner's site.

100% This. We have some quality OCSMs and we'd run the risk of them leaving the place alone if they didn't like some of the scores. Hell, the board itself is acerbic/incendiary enough sometimes! Belladonna was a great OCSM, but she got fed up and fucked off. We pissed off Jayden Jaymes and Nina Mercedez too. Need I go on?

I'm guessing they're trying to add more interactivity to the site because (a) people like to click things and (b) fanboys like to try and prop up that which they fanboy.
Maybe the goal should be a different kind of interactivity perhaps.
Like a weekly contest that the OSCMs can feel free to enter into or not. Instead of it being about the OSCM's appearance alone it could be voting on submitted pictures with certain qualifications, like "Goofiest Picture with X" where the entrants have to provide a picture of them doing something weird/funny with a particular thing (like Goofiest Picture with a Stuffed Cat, or Goofiest Picture with a Banana Sandwich). What that thing is could even be voted on each week. Maybe set aside a small corner of the front page of the site to congratulate each week's winner, and give a link to the winning picture and the OSCM's page (so, they get a little free advertising for a week for their efforts). Maybe keep a running tally of wins on each OSCMs dashboard to show what a good sport they are. And going with the idea of "goofy" pictures it gives the OSCMs the ability to get creative and show their sense of humor instead of just rating them on superficial hotness. And of course since people are people it would still give the fanboys the chance to ignore how weird or funny the individual pictures are and just vote for the OSCM they spend all their time stalki... uh, I mean admiring. Yeah, that's it admiring.
That's just off the top of my head as something that would still give some added interaction and maybe be a bit more palatable. Maybe not what anyone is looking for, but it's an idea...
We have model ratings for years already not something that came up all of a sudden really.

I can understand Maggie's concerns. In a profession where their appearance is already heavily scrutinised, you want to subject even more? To be confident enough to bare all takes guts IMO but I'm sure there are models/performers out there who may feel they could have a better feature here or there. What happens if they get a negative rating on this site about said feature(s)? Off to the cosmetic surgeon I would think. Do we need to subject any of the models/performers to this? Surely the babe rating is enough. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone has different tastes. Some users might be subjective but what about the haters? Reading some of the comments is bad enough
I could see lots of the OCSMs leaving over this, I may be wrong and would like to hear more from them but I'm flatly against this. Unless the far majority of OCSM's are FOR the idea I think it's bad bad bad. So far the No's are in the majority which is good to see, personally I hope it stays that way.

Please, please, please do not create this feature. I agree with everything mokbel and Maggie said.
I know EXACTLY what most of my fans think of each of my individual body parts, and so does every other female performer. We are told by men what they like and dislike about our bodies on a daily basis. To create a system on FO to make doing so easier, and completely un-personal, I would find very demeaning.
And I guarantee that FO would indeed lose many OCSMs, including me, in the event of this feature being enabled.
How about a rating scale where fans rate a girl on her loyalty/interaction with fans, her personality, or her enthusiasm during performances? Sorry, but those things have more to do with a performer's success than any of her individual body parts.
