OH

How about a rating scale where fans rate a girl on her loyalty/interaction with fans, her personality, or her enthusiasm during performances? Sorry, but those things have more to do with a performer's success than any of her individual body parts.

Same problem: trolls and haters downgrading, subjectivity, changing performance over time, rating based on an off day, etc.
Models can be very interacting on their own forums, but not much on this website. The border between enthusiasm and fake acting is quite thin. And people are maybe not into certain parts of a personality, while they might like other parts.

This ---- /\ reminds me of this ----\/

The idea just seems WRONG. Rating a woman body part by body part seems too much like the beef chart. :nono:

You guys saw we shot the idea down already right?

This is the Internet. About 90% of people don't give a shit about what anyone else has to say so they read the first post then respond figuring everything that comes after it is a waste of time.

9% don't even stop to read the first post, they just read the topic title, figure that's enough, then fire from the hip.

I'm sure the remainder have totally got the message though.

How about this, have a place where we can rate the performance of the Freeones staff. Make it part of their profiles. Break it down by categories and you get numerical scores.

Thanks for asking for opinions on the subject at any rate, but not even 2 percent of the people who would likely use the feature are going to post in this thread. This site is a lot bigger than the forum which many of us forget at times I think. Maybe you could add those voting on features and the like to a person's personal FreeOnes Blog or something. I like the idea whether shot down or not and I see why people are against it but still. . . do what you will, you know.

Hey, I am perfectly fine with that!! I personally don't care much about what someone I don't know on the interweb thinks about me ;)

I had read through the whole thread myself before responding in post #106 with my thoughts on the subject. I agree, it's the internet, fuck what anyone says about anything really but I thought the idea had merit. Use it as a Blog feature for our walls if we want to share something like that. It could be tacky but what would be so out of place with that for some of us?

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
You've got big problems. It's not just restaurants where you have hygiene to worry about. I used to manage a bank and I can guarantee at some point, you will have had a note that's been up a coke addict's nose. Sometimes you can still see the blood.

I can live with that....20 years ago, it might have been mine.

You guys saw we shot the idea down already right?

Yeah, just offering my opinion :2 cents: :shy:

BTW, it's really cool that you asked us for our input on the idea. :)

no worries, just mentioning it since people might not read ;)

And I asked your guys opinions since I can see why someone would take offense even if I personally don't see it like that ;)

-------------- EDIT: IDEA SHOT DOWN ALREADY, WE'RE NOT DOING IT! ------------

We are thinking about adding this feature where you can rate certain parts of a models body and it comes up with a total body score.

I personally think this would be an interesting feature but was wondering what you guys think.

This is a mockup I created of the feature. The body rating would be displayed on the babe dashboard.

I don't think that it would be useful for everyone, because some persons have different way of thinking about beauty, like myself. For example I never rate a single body part per se, I just see it all together as it seems. Rating the boobs or the eyes per se for me is meaningless...

I can understand Maggie's concerns. In a profession where their appearance is already heavily scrutinised, you want to subject even more? To be confident enough to bare all takes guts IMO but I'm sure there are models/performers out there who may feel they could have a better feature here or there. What happens if they get a negative rating on this site about said feature(s)? Off to the cosmetic surgeon I would think. Do we need to subject any of the models/performers to this? Surely the babe rating is enough. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone has different tastes. Some users might be subjective but what about the haters? Reading some of the comments is bad enough

I could see lots of the OCSMs leaving over this, I may be wrong and would like to hear more from them but I'm flatly against this. Unless the far majority of OCSM's are FOR the idea I think it's bad bad bad. So far the No's are in the majority which is good to see, personally I hope it stays that way.

Come on guy, be serious! We are talking about professionals that perform a work, as long as they get the money from a studio or from their own personal site virtually all will not care at all about what anonymous guys says on a certain forum

Why would you want to pick models apart? I think it's incredibly rude. It would give idiots and trolls too much of a chance to rip the girls apart. It already takes a hugely thick skin in this business, you have to put up with so much bullshit. We all get tweets and comments from time to time saying how ugly, fat, insert insult here, we are. I enjoy being a part of this community and I really don't see a point in what you're suggesting. If this became a part of FreeOnes, I'd think twice about my involvement here. And I bet plenty of other ladies would feel the same!

This indexes will not be particularly useful. However I don't think that these girls are worried now about the comments and will not be more worried about such a rating

I don't think that this index would be useful, but I don't think that it will make the models more worried about it. In my opinion if you do a certain work you are not interested in what people write on blog one way or the other, just my reasoning!

Of course this does raise another question; What about incredibly subjective features?

Some people like a huge ass, some people like no ass at all. Some people are into DD's, some people like flat chests. Some people like "beef curtains", while other people like the clam shell look. So you're going to end up with polarizing looks getting lots of 1's and lots of 5's and averaging out in the middle and ultimately not really being indicative of anything nor representing either view point. So I kinda wonder... what would be the point?

And I agree with a lot of this...

Doesn't matter how confident you are, everyone has something they're insecure about, and it's unlikely anyone wants a spotlight pointed there.

How could you say that everyone has something to be insecure, how you could know it?

1) This idea is dead. You even quoted Roald explaining that. The topic is/was dead too.

Because they're human beings.

Maggie Green, whom you were responding to, is one of those models. If you actually drudge through thread you'll find that the OCSM responses were universally negative. I think their thoughts concerning their thoughts have more validity than your thoughts concerning their thoughts.

2 Yes insecure as human beings ok, I agree, but not regarding their own body, for example I'm not concerned with any particular part of my body. Some person could be insecure about a certain part while other not at all, it depend much on the culture.
3 Many OCSM haven't not answered at all so this sample is not rapresentative of the porn community, and however they could simply prefer no but if it actually happen they will not be much worried
