What's to hate? Before last year they've been garbage for decades.
As much as I don't care for the Saints, I hope Favre never wins another game again. Maybe we'll finally get rid of him. He's worse than ridding your yard of bamboo!
The Vikings were the better team in last year's game. They outplayed the Saints in most areas of the game, and this time around they are mad. I see a pretty convincing Vikings victory of between one and a half to two touchdowns.
Vikings don't have Sidney Rice though. I still think the Vikings pull through. Although I hope the Saints KO Favre.

I hear this a lot from other fans and I really don't get it. I guess there is some annoyance with all the attention paid to NO winning the Super Bowl and how the media played it as being "deserved" because of hurricane Katrina but come on. This team was the laughing stock of the league for how long? I swear some of these people would be spewing hatred for the goddamn LA Clippers if they ever won an NBA title. It's just silly.

I have hated the Saints for years, the added ridiculous amount of media coverage, the unbearable chanting of "Who Dat" and Brees birthmark have taken my hate to a new level.
I'm glad football season is finally upon us. With my baseball team 6 games back in the division, I'm ready for some football.

Definitely not. Brees was at Purdue the same time that I was. I've followed his career since his sophomore season. Him and his wife have donated millions to the university. If anybody had to beat the Colts, I'm glad it was him. As great a quarterback as he is, he's an even better person. I wish him nothing but the best.
