Assair made that distinction in his retarded post. Arabs are an ethnic group, not a religious group. There are Druze Arabs. There are Christian Arabs. There are Jewish Arabs. And there are muslim Arabs. He went out of his way to designate this as an attack made by Arabs. The terrorists involved got away without the benefit of having identified themselves in any distinguishable way except as clearly being muslim. They could have been home grown French converts (islamic converts are regarded as more zealous than those born into it) or Indonesian or fucking MARTIANS for all we know.

It seems it's okay to satirize Jews, Christians or any other faith other than "the religion of peace." But as events in Denmark and now France have shown, even in a country with freedom of expression, instead of a peaceful protest or a boycott, they start shooting; blowing shit up; or cutting people's heads off. All in the name of their religion.

I'm trying not to lose sight of the tragedy by splitting hairs about something as stupid as their ethnicity but there is definite distinction made by designating them as a specific race rather than by their motivation, which was loud and clear.

Let me confuse a bit more: it's not the people who believes in Islam the problem; the problem is Islam. Not all the muslims are jihadists, but all the jihadists are muslims. If Islam wasn't the problem, we would see hundreds of thousands if not millions of Muslims rallying the street in condemnation of such events, but we don't see any. They rallied all over the world when the cartoons about Mohamed were published, but there is none on the streets when those who published the cartoons get killed in the name of Allah: if you want me to explain to you why, i will, but if you put an effort on it i'm sure you can figure it out yourself. Now, if this makes me an intolerant, ignorant, nonsense, deluded fucking moronic xenophobic racist slut, so be it and keep enjoying your "integration" with Islam, while i keep questioning it.
