Charlie this, Charlie that, all the time.
I'm beginning to think thou dost protesteth too much.

Be honest TR: you've actually got a little crush on him, don't you?

Say it ani't so

I wish it wasn't sky, but c'mon, Titsrock is clearly obsessed.

Remember too, we're talking about a guy who's a big boob fan, and Charlie's definitley got some sizeable man hooters

^^ You do have a point.

I really wish I didn't Baill, but as you can see it all adds up.

Poor TR. He had so much potential

Now he's going to end up being the filling in a Charlie Weis/Reggie Bush sandwich.

I wonder if Phil Mickelson is TR's favorite golfer.

Oh my gosh you could be right

So this is how it is...

Bodie, Bodie. You disappoint me greatly. What, all of a sudden Oregon wins a game and you start acting like this...

You insult me, you insult the family. Let me remind me (and you, too ;) )of a little saying we have in Sicily..."stare at her tits too long, ya get slapped"..Capiche?

And you, Skyraider? Et tu, Brute? I expect more out of you. Baill involved in this. That I'm not surprised. He's lost to me forever or atleast this many years...18-15.

But you Skyraider. It makes me sick to see You Mixed up in all of this. Sick. Bodie rides high on his horse and then you gotta follow him down to Dante's Inferno?

It's true. I've been a very bad influence on sky :o

Although, I can't help but notice you didn't outright denounce the idea of a Charlie/Reggie menage a trois :D

I might *admit* the idea of a TR/Kim Kardassian/Reggie M/F/M scene is intriguing to me...:nanner: I'd have to workout for about 6 months to get in shape for it though:o

Here is the play which earned Big Boy his big payday....

Good article.

Playoffs are the only way to determine a real champion. Bowl game money rules though.

Some day (probably well into the future) I hope we will all be able to look back and laugh at the days where there was the utter ridiculousness of having a champion be determined by the voting of a hand full of sportswriters and coaches.

Yippee-ki-yay, motherfucker!
I never thought Wisconsin's Scott Tolzien would put up solid numbers under center this year, given that a lot of football analyses believe he has mostly reached his full potential on such a low ceiling and backup QB Curt Phillips has a higher ceiling and the better athlete

From your keyboard to God's email inbox. Hopefully I'll see it in my lifetime.

Yeah, i doubt we'll get a playoff in the near future. It's too bad, the BCS is fucked.

I'd be happy as an interim measure if they just played the bowl games then had a +1 NC game afterwards... not perfect, but it would be better than the current system.:dunno:

That's something I can actually see happening. We get somewhat of a playoff and they still get their money. Win,win I guess? :dunno:

Re: USC's Star Running Back Stafon Johnson Injured Today In Weight Room

Damn....that is terrible. I hope he makes a full recovery.

Gotta be careful with weights. :(

I am still in shock actually over this story. I can't believe it happened. I don't buy that he was "spotted" as USC is claiming. What constitutes spotting someone anyway---standing over them with your hands ready to grab the bar or standing 20 ft away vaguely watching(spotting) someone:mad:

I also didn't appreciate ESPN's initial final line to their reporting--"Stafon Johnson's carries will most likely shift to Allen Bradford of Marc Tyler" Nice fucking sympathy ESPN.

I think you're probably ready now. Reggie can't run inside so while he's sweeping around her end you can go right up the middle.

Here is the play which earned Big Boy his big payday....

The infamous illegal push :1orglaugh
It's hard to believe that USC team came that close to losing to that Notre Dame team.

Like I've stated previously, college football has the most exciting regular season of any sport IMO. The reason why that's the case I believe is because it's the only sport where the regular season games matter the most. That's why I'm mostly against a playoff system because I think it could potentially cheapen the regular season.

But if it were done to do it fairly would require the elimination of the poll system IMO.

Yes, but it an artificial induced excitement that has nothing to do with the spirit of what competitive sports are supposed to be about. Even worse it makes a mockery of the sport and of competitive athletics in general. Football is good enough at being exciting by itself it doesn't need gimmicks like polls. Even then they don't do it for the excitement, they do it because somebody is lining their pockets somewhere at the expense of their sport's integrity. Plus how long does that excitement last, until a team looses a game or two? Then the season is pretty much rendered meaningless other than for the joy of watching it for the love of the game which existed whether they won or not anyhow.

Isn't all excitement artificially induced and a natural matter of perspective?

Some people see no distinction between college football and pro ball in terms of it being a spectator sport. To me college football is far more exciting to watch (I should say follow) than the NFL because week in and week out games have more tangible and lasting effects on the season.

I'm not really sure how people can get particularly excited about the first 4 or 5 NFL weeks....all of these games are almost anecdotal right now.

The poll system for all of it's flaws makes the game more exciting..even if artificially. But rivalry games are an example of artificially induced excitement as well.:2 cents:

lets do the math...usc got beat by washington...which got beat down by(fred} stanford........okl got beat by byu.......who got hammered...by florida st.......the way i see it okl or usc should not be in the top 10.....cant wait to see when they lose 2 games if they drop out........:thefinger
