Holy Shit I saw that shot Tebow got live. damn.. I felt my throat drop to my stomach. He played one hell of a game being sick and I think alot of people are talking to much about him going to the hospital. He should be okay. When I saw what his neck did thats what scared me. That throwing up was probably from his sickness. We got to get fucking well but we did look good for a depleted team from sickness. Think Urban woke up and said its time for style points after the bullshit he got for only beating Tenn. by 10. Who gives a fuck? We scored 31 points in the first quater. wow. Sorry Skyraider. The two huge upsets of the week Ole Miss and FSU. I saw Cal coming. I had Oregon whipping them. same for VT i didnt buy in the whole U going back to the 90's that fast thing. Great weekend but scary for me. Is anyone buying Texas this year? I have to think their overrated somewhat. I hope OU deals with them.

^^ Bobby Bowdens press conference was hilarious. too good for words. Us gator fans use to have to worry about playing him every year. Now we can kind of just laugh at how old he is and the comments he always makes. Once Jimbo steps in it will be a big turn around. Keep on going Bobby!

Damn....Sunday almost seems like a letdown. I know the NFL is WAY more popular than college football but I cannot for the life of me understand why.

I don't think you can put any 1 loss team ahead of undefeated Boise, Cincy, TCU and Houston. The Big Boy schools like Okie, VaTech, USC will "rise up" quicker after 1 loss than will these BCS Buster schools (Cincy, TCU, Boise, Houston). 1 loss to these Buster schools is fatal. That's why I have no problem putting them ahead of 1-loss Big Boy programs at this point. Cincy might as well be a Buster; they garner as much respect as a WAC/MWC school, imo. If they lose, they will crater down like an asteroid.
I don't think cal should drop out, but that beating they took might have been fatal to their season. Their confidence has to be shot coming up ahead of SC. The Bezerkelys had to be having visions of a Rose Bowl dancing in their heads when SC lost. Now, the cal bear is in PANIC MODE:eek::thefinger

When you're an avid college football fan it should be hard to get up for the NFL at this point in their season. I frankly only watch NFL games at this point in the season just because it's football and it's on.....
After a great weekend college football (excitement-wise as I know some of my good friends are hurting right now), how can the college football fan actually get excited about a week 3 or 4 NFL game???
If for example, T Brady gets what's ever wrong with his arm fixed and the Pats are back rolling...what the hell will the Jets' win over the Pats actually mean at this point in the season other that halting a home losing streak to the Pats???
Although the poll system does add more excitement week to week...long live college football no matter it's champion is decided.:2 cents:

All we need to do is give every team who goes undefeated a chance to get into the BCS games. We also need to tweak the BCS formula to privilege schools scheduling decent road nonconference games...that's it really.
Might we finally admit that the BCS actually works....:anonymous:
