Definite upset this weekend. Southern Miss has the team.. there's more NFL potential on that offense than Kansas has had in the past 3 years. I like Southern Miss 38-28. They redeem the state of Mississisppi this weekend.

All right, today is the day. Purdue vs. Notre Dame. This is the biggest day of the year in Boilermaker Country. As long as win this game, it's a successful season. I'm not sure we have the talent to be beat the Irish this year, but damn it I hope we do. Their two wide receivers are going to give our defense fits all game long.
It's a night game which means we'll be tailgating for roughly six hours before kickoff. And there's always the chance for a fight when the folks from South Bend show up. I plan on talkin' shit to everyone I see wearing green today. I'll be at the game in the South End Zone sitting in the third row. Boiler Up! Root for Purdue if you hate the Irish - I think that is just about everyone.

while i'm not big on notre dame's ability this year, i don't think purdue has a chance of winning this. the only way they'll do it is really strong offense - notre dame is going to score points, but their defense can't stop a damn thing.

^I did not expect that game to be close Mississippi State has a 14-13 led over LSU and Minnesota and Northwestern is a pretty goog one at 14-10:hatsoff:

Sloppy conditions are not good for a speed team like Miami. It's early but so far it doesn't look good. Hokies seem stoked am are playing really well.
