Skyraider must be getting drunk and laid tonight. This is the greatest Nole win in years. They have put a beatdown on the road that is eye-opening to say the least.. Buh-bye BYU.:wave2:

Which conference plays better defense--the WAC or the SEC? I'm not sure. Whenever I watch Georgia or Auburn...I don't know if I'm watching "the big bad SEC" or simply the WAC East :dunno:

SC looks more like a Holiday Bowl team...sad to day...:weeping:

I think you guys will be OK once Barkley returns. OK enough to beat Cal in Berkeley? Maybe not. It's clear you're very thin at QB. Corp was awful, and it says a lot for how little they think of Mustain that even though Corp was awful Mustain never took a snap Saturday.

my projected Pac 10 final standings

1) Cal - even though they haven't played in the Rose Bowl game for 51 years
2) Washington
3) USC
4) Stanford
5) UCLA
6) Oregon
7) Oregon St
8) Arizona St
9) Arizona
10) Washington St

Looks like Ohio State softened up and exposed USC's weaknesses for the Huskies.Good think for UW that their coach knew what it took to beat them, unlike Tressell.

Hello Sexy girl how your Toes doing?
K I know its early, & I know its gonna take a little while to get the offense & defense in the same tune, but I think, with MICHIGAN already matching the wins total of last year, the WOLVERINES look great compared to last season, our offense seems to have gotten much better compared to last years team, I am thinking when our Defense catches up too the offense in terms of improvement, the BLUE might just be entering the degree of being scary good. & maybe with some wishful thinking that might start to happen a little this year as the defense works out its kinks as season goes on, but I'd say more likely we'll see this (improvement) in next years team, as I think the defense will be vastly improved on by way of recruiting & the development of the younger players getting better. :2 cents:

I mean we'll see how much better we are in the next coming weeks against the badgers & Spartans, but to match our win total from last year in our first 3 games played is wonderful, I am not getting a big head, but I love the direction & improvements we've shown thus far. :yesyes::D

Other than that, all I have to say is how surprised I am by some of the scores & upsets that transpired yesterday. I mean wow.:eyeso:

And to think USC will still get ESPN'S undying love as they explain away the defeat. I think USC has lost a lot of leadership recently. Oregon and Cal are looking forward to there games against USC now

Wow!!! All I can say (ask) is, don't you love college football?? SC loses to U-Dub, Florida St. crushes BYU at their crib, ND beats Sparty at home (which is an upset considering), Florida didn't beat the Tennessee fighting Kiffins by a thousand and Utah's winning streak comes to an end at Autzen (BTW, can the Ducks please stop?? I mean can they please stop competing for the worst unis in the world? They haven't realized they've won already??)....safe to say the betting man had his one day of the year in which he laid waste to his sports book...

Incidentally, Tennessee has a pretty damned good defense and if they had a QB with a trace amount of gonad they might have made good on Kiffin's Rocky Top guarantee.

PS. "tits..." is it safe to say you won't be sobering up until Tuesday?

While we should have enough to beat anyone on our remaining schedule...we are probably a good deal away from where we need to be on defense.

We need a few more athletes and hammers on that unit (too many nails right now)....we need to go back to the 4-3. While the 3-4 has marginally helped against spread offenses .....we are getting gashed on the run.

If we ran a 4-3 base...Graham would have a billion sacks by now....but with 3 Dlinemen going up against 5 or 6 OLinemen...we're not able to get any pressure outside of blitzing. Our LBs are just not athletic enough or physical enough to be effective in the 3-4 IMO.

We need a few more players willing to get off blocks and make plays for our D to be consistent.

I genius, if the SEC wins again this year, it would be four years in a row.

I don't think so, Florida had a slow start last year too. I really like Alabama too, but they're not on Florida's level.

not on floridas level :1orglaugh..........tenn gave them all they wanted yesterday........wait till that bama D....gets in they face.......we had florida on the ropes sweating last year.....we were only half as good last year,,,as we are this year.....if anyone is outclassed its florida we have talent ALL over the field....and unlike florida.....our gamebreakers....has been riding in the back seat....wait till you see them in hi gear lololololololol

We'll see. But despite your hyperbole, 'Bama is legit and it wouldn't surprise me if they not only beat UF but won the NC this season...but don't you think we should at least wait until they do something first?

damn, usc loses to Washington

Switching gears....Texas' offense looked less than stellar against Tech last night. Maybe Colt McCoy should practice throwing balls on target to his receivers on the practice field more instead of bass boats?:1orglaugh:dunno:

Notre Dame got so lucky yesterday it's sickening.

And those pesky Pac-10 teams that always find a way to ruin USC's title run.

I think that win agains't VA Tech has gotten to your head. Lets wait for Bama to play an SEC team before we start talking about putting them on Florida's level.

Bama hasn't even faced a good offensive team yet, so how good is their "D" really?

Nice bounce back win by OU yesterday. That TD run by DeMarco Murray (I think) was just sick....should be nominated for an ESPY IMO.

Now take it to the Hurricanes that are in Miami and they'll be golden in my book.
