Yes, I eat till I am full but not to make myself ill.The purpose of food isn't to make you sick or obese or whatever.
And the food I eat isn't tasteless trash either , any more than the beer I drink.
I grew out of driving fast to feel the rush as soon as I was old enough to realise I share the road with others.
