The tv season 2009/2010

"Flash Forward" could be a winner, actually. Or, it could be another ABC drama that has enough story to make a great Season 1.

In any case, I just finished watching the series premiere and it was very interesting...the series is based on this novel: http://www.amazon.com/Flashforward-Robert-J-Sawyer/dp/0812580346

And there was a lot of "Lost"-ness in it. 2 actors in the show are "Penny" and "Charlie" from Lost. The lead actor is Joseph Fiennes. The actor who played Commodore Norrington from "Pirates" is also in it and "may" be the lead villain...and there was an Oceanic Air billboard visible in one of the early scenes. The opening frame of the show was very reminiscent of Lost's opening frame too...the opening "chaos" sequence seemed Lost-inspired...

Yeah, I noticed all that too. They are definitely trying to attract the Lost crowd at almost a desperate level. I'm gonna give it 3-4 more episodes to see if I like it. I wasn't truly hooked on Lost until the 4th episode but I do agree that it is almost too much like Lost.

Also, I didn't like watching Penny kissing another guy and not Desmond, that just didn't seem right at all

Lost had me from the opening chaos scene on the beach. I'll tell one thing I liked about "Penny" on Flash Forward....nice cans, eh?:nanner: She doesn't seem like a good match for Joseph Fiennes. They just don't "look" right as a couple...imo.

the girls of glee i caught an episode this week they got some cutie pies on that show
dollhouse was very good i think amy acker steals the show

anybody else dropping heroes? i loved the first season and stuck it out for the next two as the show got worse and worse but i just cant take it anymore i had to FORCE myself to watch this seasons 2nd episode all the way through

Yup,right here.I decided after last season's finale that I was done with that shit.

I wholeheartedly agree with you.The first season was great and every season after that just got worse.I guess parading writers in and out didn't do the show any favors either.

The things that really turned this show into shit is the constant introduction, and subsequent killing of characters, terribly inconsistent plot, the fact that too many characters just magically acquire more powers than what they already have,or their powers change for the dumbest reasons.

Yeah,fuck that show.

I have watched the first seven episodes of season 3 and the rest is stored on my harddrive, but somehow I don't even feel the urge to watch it. When I haven't gotten around it til the end of the year I let it drop completely.

So far my personal winners are Two And A Half Men and How I Met Your Mother, hilarious season premieres last week. The Big Bang Theory Was Good, but they can do better.

I hear a lot of complaining about Entourage, but I think they're as good as ever, unfortunately I haven't had time yet to watch the new Curb Your Enthusiasm, but I'm very much looking forward to it.

Out of CSI I've only managed to watch the season premiere of the NY edition, and it wasn't bad, but I know this will catch fire again as it goes on. Yeah, right, Stella sleeping with Adam...WTF??? Ha ha ha, no no, all is good, I'd love to see Stella hook up with Montana, now that'd be something.

Fringe just picked up where they left off and maybe even took it up a notch, and you just can't beat Joshua Jackson/John Noble dialogues. Even though I absolutely hated Dawson's Creek I have to hand it to Mr Jackson, he's a good actor and perfect for this role. And you just can't stop looking at Anna Torv, Jasika Nicole and Ari Graynor, at least I can't. But the overall cast is just too good, e.g. Kirk Acevedo and Lance Reddick.

I haven't seen the SVU season premiere with Wentworth Miller either, just got a look at Mariska Hargitay, and I couldn't believe it, but somehow she managed to look even hotter and more beautiful than ever before. Peter Hermann is one of the luckiest bastards alive.

NCIS had a solid season premiere with Ziva being OK and stuff, haven't had time to watch the LA spin off, but shouldn't be too shabby either.

Oh yeah, Criminal Minds was awesome, so many things going on in this premiere episode, loved it. And Meredith Monroe was stunningly beautiful in her appearance, love the short hair. Would love to get my cock inside her mouth one day, this seems to be a "must-do-thing-before-you-die", she's so hot.

Watched Numb3rs yesterday and it was god, except for seeing Gary Cole for the gazillionth time, what's up with that? Anyhow, Aya Sumika also gets hotter by each season.

The first two Bones episodes were far from being bad, but they've been better before, hope it will catch the old fire again. But no doubt about it, Bones has the hottest female cast right now, Emily Deschanel, Michaela Conlin (Angela) and Tamara Taylor (Dr. Camille Saroyan).

The Mentalist picked right up where the end of season 1 left, super cool premiere, and both Robin Tunney and Amanda Righetti looked even hotter than in season 1.

And I'm very much looking forward to get my weekly dosis of Det. Lily Rush (Kathryn Morris), barely can't live without her and Cold Case.

Monk is better then ever, but maybe they all are looking forward to the end of the show after the tenth episode of this season. I will certainly miss Traylor Howard as Natalie Teeger.

I'm really looking forward to the Season 2 premiere of Sanctuary in October, and I'm really pissed that The Closer has its typical mid-season hiatus.

And I'm still pissed that the Stargate franchise has cancelled the Atlantis show (even though there will be movies) and I'm very scetpical towards the new Universe.

Out of the new shows I haven't seen anything yet, but I certainly will check out Eastwick, Cougar Town, Flash Forward, Hank, The Forgotten, Human Target, Past Life, Sons Of Tucson and Community.

I am really digging Flash Forward. Anyone else like this show?

And is it me or does "V" actually look like it could be decent? Who is the main hottie on "V"?
Basically...this chick?

She is so hot it burns my eyes to look at her toooo long....:scream::rubbel:

My Penis Is Dancing!
That is the remarkably beautiful Morena Baccarin, who played Inara (the prostitute) in the FireFly series.

I really blew it by not watching Firefly. I actually thought "Serenity" the movie was halfway decent, but I get the sense the tv show was 100times better. I think Nathan Fillion is an underrated actor.

So is she going to swallow live mice like the original? :D
Wasn't that the single greatest moment in ALL OF TELEVISION THROUGHOUT THE 80s? Seriously.

The problem with V is that they plan on airing just a few episodes then saving the rest for later in the season. Don't know why no one has learned from 24 and just shows a program straight through without pre-emption.

I would make the "I know something she can swallow" comment...but it is too easy.

It really was a great moment. It has been WAY too long since I have seen the original (in fact, last time was when it aired).

And FireFly was indeed one of those great, all-too-short series. I highly suggesting getting the DVD set.

Haven't thought much of the existing SG TV movies to date, and the premiere SG-U episodes hasn't impressed me so far...

I am really digging Flash Forward. Anyone else like this show?

I watched my first episode this past Thursday, and I found it to be incredibly boring and I didn't think that I was missing much as far as getting up to speed of what's going on from the previous episodes that I missed.

Sorry, but I don't have the patience anymore to watch a show that's going to take three seasons before you find out anything significant about the plot, just like Lost.

I don't see this show actually lasting long enough for anyone to find out what's really going on.I'm predicting that maybe they bring it back next season, and after that it won't get picked up for a 3rd.

That is the remarkably beautiful Morena Baccarin, who played Inara (the prostitute) in the FireFly series.

Wow! She looks like a completely different person without those curly locks that she had on Firefly/Serenity.

I don't blame you, when I first saw the photo I was thinking it might be Natalie Raitano who had that hairstyle in V.I.P.

>Wasn't that the single greatest moment in ALL OF TELEVISION THROUGHOUT THE 80s? Seriously.

Maybe not greatest, but it was memorable and surprising for '81. After that there was no doubt Jane Badler and her character on V were Badass!

Okay, now that I watched the first three SG.U episodes I have to say...I'm still such a Stargate freak, I'm loving this show already. I know, it surely is well behind the first two...for now, but I'm confident they will get there. And Robert Carlyle is just too good to not lead this cast. I say it has great potential and hopefully it can get there, but I know they will.

I was a little bit disappointed with the season premiere of Sanctuary, because it started really slow and almost boring, but it got better until the end, so this won't be an issue...I hope. One thing's for sure though, I was missing Amanda Tapping, man she's just so beautiful and hot and sexy.

Just noticed that I have still stored all In Plain Sight episodes, I wonder if I will ever come around to watch it all...if I like the pilot that is.

Also finished with the last four episodes of the current Entourage season, and those were absolutely hilarious. SPOILER ALERT: I will surely miss Jamie and even that the whole "we're engaged" thing with Sloane and E was kinda cheesy, I hope that means Emmanuelle Chriqui in every freakin episode...she's mind blowing.

I took a glimpse at Cougar Town with Courtney Cox and the first thing I saw was some moronic douchebag from What I Like About You, good chance I won't watch more than the pilot.
