Holy shit, if that's not projecting. Making the judiciary a political arm is what the left has used to advance it's agenda by legislating from the bench since they can't do it by the ballot box.

It's why they're up in arms about a nominee who swears to follow the Constitution and statutes as it's written. You know, his fucking job as a judge.
