She may run. But she'll never win the nomination. Partly because the DNC won't be able to help her like they did 2 years ago.

Yes, Ocasio-Cortez is the kind of candidates who could beat Trump (but don't worry, she won't run, it's too early for her), because what the center-left wing of the Democratic party is what a lot of US citizens want : healthcare, housing, some gun-control, education, no more financial gambling, etc.

As you said, Trump is now the inculbent. So he won't be in a position in which he could be the anti-establishment candidate. But a democratic socialist candidate will be

Ocasio-Cortez could not beat Trump. Even with more experience. Which swing states would she win?

Ocasio Cortez likes illegals, health care, social security and social housing leech offs who are unwilling to work people, scum and also gun control will never pass especially with a pos like her. None likes socialists in the USA except people coming from the worst neighborhoods and people with zero patriotism. People who are in the manufacturing, private, finance sector, military and law enforcement sector will never vote for a socialist and they will always give their vote for a republican and they are the overwhelming majority.

That sucker doesn't even know the basic shit about WW1, WW2, and how NATO came to be and what iot means.

Florida, Arizona, Nebraska (2nd), Wisconsin, Michigan
Trump won all of these with a 3% or less margin. A democratic-socialist with some name recognition would win them all

How about opening your checkbook instead? How much shall we bet that Hillary won't be the dem nominee?

Maybe Georges would like a piece of that action too?

I agree with you. The problem that I had with your reaction was that it implied that she had no intention of giving another run a go. I think she wants another chance, whether or not the Denocrats will give her that chance is a whole other consideration.

Ah I see. No that isn't what I meant to imply, although I do think it's extremely unlikely.

I just can't help but laugh whenever I see an implication or assertion that she'll be the nominee.

An avowed democratic-socialist, i.e., a socialist, would win none of those states in a general.
These aren't the good old days of McCarthysm, american voters get a little less scared of socialism each day.

The 2016 election proved it : people don't care about words such as "nazi", "racist", "socialist", etc. They care about what the candidate has to offert. A candidate running on housing, healthcare and education for everyone would win big.

Georges wants to see the socialist swine of Hillary and her fucking blowjobber of husband behind bars and the clinton foundation dismantled. The Clintons have more than a lot of suspicious deaths linked to them, they need to be locked up in jail, they are also part of the deep state. Even if she runs in 2020, she will be beaten like a fucking pos.

No, in the USA people care about words especially socialist because when they see what socialism has given especially in France, Gezrmany, Italy and Spain, they are not going to pay for others so that they can ride the welfare train. You want to buy or rent an appartment or a house, earn your money and don't expect social helps. You want healthcare, spare your own money and don't look for the others to give you a free hand. And at school, you don't turn a lazy dunce into an A+ pupil.

Hmm. I don't think so, Johan. Not unless the economy melts down between now and 2020.

Maybe I shouldn't be quite so cocky about this. The DNC has done some really stupid shit the last three years. But I just can't see them being so stupid as to endorse that dead weight a second time.
