But just to be serious, Biden has been clear on fracking. Not like how trump was clear that when he told people to vote twice what he actually meant was check that your vote has been counted, but legitimately clear.
In march he said no NEW fracking, and now he's saying, as he has all along, that he's NOT banning fracking, he just wouldn't give any NEW licenses. Of course you wouldn't give a shit about knowing the facts.
