If Oklahoman does not slow things down they will be looking for a comeback late in the game. Florida is going to crowd the middle and send a linebacker into the secondary. This is a new opportunity for a championship and it should be close. It could go either way.
Okie is favored by three.
You may very well be right. Of the two teams Oregon does seem to be the one going into the game with more momentum (if that counts for anything after a month layoff). But I watched most of their games this year and was never particularly impressed at any time, except for the offensive explosion in their finale against Oregon State. They struggled to beat Purdue, USC toyed with them, and they were lucky to beat a weak UCLA team at home.

I think the Ducks want the win more than Okie State does. I get the feeling that Okie State Fan (and player) still thinks they are a top 10 team and are experiencing "big game beatdown hangover"...

TCU 17 Boise State 16 in a rather sloppy semi yawner 
Based on tonight's game neither of these teams deserved to be ranked in the top 20.
Could be. Then again maybe the time off will help them heal up, both physcially and emotionally, after an enervating conference schedule.

Good job to TCU coming back from 0 - 13 down to knock Boise State from the ranks of the unbeaten (and mostly untested). I wasn't particularly impressed with TCU's penchant for self-destruction tonight nor with their apparent lack of a "killer instinct," but in the end they got the job done and made the high-flying (in the regular season, anyway) Boise State Bronco football team now 1 - 4 in its last 5 bowl games. Good work, Horned Frogs!

TCU made WAAAAAAY too many mistakes tonight, but outside of the final score they really put a number on the orange-and-blue Broncos statistically, showing, I think, that they really are the better team, Boise State's unbeaten record coming in notwithstanding. As for a top 20 ranking, I think they both deserve that. But I don't think I'd have either one of them in the top 10, or maybe not even the top 12. (Well, Boise State certainly not. TCU? Oregon vs. Oklahoma State should be another great San Diego bowl matchup this bowl season. Oklahoma State has a potent offense but as I've posted before if the Ducks get their "spread" offense in gear against the Cowboys it's likely to be a long night for the other orange-and-black OSU team out there, just as it was for Oregon State, the Ducks' archrivals, back in November.bodie54; said:

It was a good matchup. The game seemed to fly by though. I think the halftime show was longer than the second half? I feel like the game was only 3 qtrs.....rather than 4.

It's called "Boise State FINALLY played against a team that knows how to play defense." Not surprisingly you aren't willing to give TCU even that much credit. No matter. TCU won and Boise State didn't and in the end that's all that really matters.

i was syaing that OK State lost to 3 REALLY good teams
and beat everyone else....so i think they win against the quack attack, as they are no where near the caliber of the other 3 losses

I do think Hawai'i will win the game. Part of me thinks the irish are not going to play that hard. They're just happy to escape the snowy misery of Indiana for a couple of weeks.
