Actually I remember Marilyn Manson ripping up bibles during his concerts back in the nineties. All that happened was parents and some Christian groups boycotted and formed groups outside wherever he held concerts at. None of them ran around beheading the audience, band members, producers, or suicide bombing the concerts or record studios.

Look at just about any other band that sing about God, Christianity in a not so respectable way. Christians aren't suicide bombing, car bombing, beheading, or flying planes into buildings. Most they do is voice their concerns, form conferences, or just ignore it. Or get into arguments on internet forums/comment sections.
