coachriri TOMOROW IS THE DAY I START PREPPING FOR MY SHOW!! Excited to announce that I’ve decided to enter my first bikini show which will be held on May 11th 2019.
I’ve had many people ask me why I decided to enter this competition, that it is not good for me or that I am in a good shape now... Being raised as an athlete I have always worked out to perform better in my sport so most of my workouts were strength&conditioning based to improve power, explosive and endurance. I’ve also always been able to get away with eating “whatever I wanted” because of it. For the first time I am training so I can be judged for my physique rather than my performance. Being a personal trainer, I wanted to be able to connect to my general population clients which most of their goals is to lose weight and look a certain way. With this journey, I want to be able to share my thoughts and experience through my strict diet and bodybuilding style of training. Can’t wait to see my end result!! #shreddedriri

coachriri - WEEK 1 OF PREP COMPLETED - Tomorow marks 1 week since I started prepping for my bikini competition and I feel great so far! WHAT I NOTICED:
The good: been feeling great and full of energy since I am still eating the right amount of food (just supperrr clean). loving my workouts!!can still manage to play tennis with the same level of energy.adding salt to my food makes my lifenot craving other peoples food (YET)
The bad: having a hard time adjusting to taking SO MANY supplements/pills daily hard dealing with my cravings to snack on sweets when I have nothing to docan’t eat/***** when I am out socializing which makes me feel weird chicken starting to taste like a rock
