Being surrounded in a Tennis environment I was sooo excited to play tennis again and decided to play everyday (picked up pickle ball as well); not realizing how tough and unfamiliar it would be towards my body. Thankfully the tendon wasn’t snapped or else I would’ve been back for another surgery
Now I gotta be smart with rehab and resting it...which also doesn’t mean I should completely stop training. Chest, Back & Core all dayyy everydayyy

A lot of our food involved high oil intake, homemade white bread, 5/6 Turkish coffees daily, lots of dairy, carbs etc. It took me many years to adapt on changing my nutrition lifestyle & still managed to cheat through it with sports and training.
I’ve never payed any importance on nutrition until I became an adult where everything I ate affected my body; as well as after getting injured. Food is not meant to fill up your stomach but should be considered a source of energy and recovery for your body.
I’ve decided to take Precision Nutrition and become a Nutrition Coach. With this course I’ll be able to understand and learn how to Eat better, without dieting or feeling deprived, Get active, no matter what shape you’re in, Ditch food rules and leave behind fad diets, Build fitness into your life, without it taking over, & Achieve and maintain your goals even when life gets busy..
Can’t wait to share with y’all all of the cool stuff/facts I’ll be learning through this course. *DM if any questions about nutrition*
