I know a lot of y’all have been wondering as to why I haven’t posted any progress reports but this journey has quite a bit of ups and downs & definitely wasn’t prepared for it until you experience it --- For a couple of weeks I was struggling with digestion which wasn’t allowing me to lose the weight; I lost motivation (couldn’t find a purpose to do it) & psychologically I think I didn’t prepare myself mentally as to how much weight I’ll be actually losing
I am for sure behind as to what I am suppose to look like but been doing speedy progress this week. My coach and I have decided to play it by ear and see if we can make on time for the show. He’s been so supportive and helpful which this journey, couldn’t ask for a better coach @plaja11 @tips_by_tay

This time next week is my competition. Been prepping for this for 16weeks now!
A lot of people have been wondering how I feel.... to be completely honest I feel AMAZING lol. I think the adrenaline and my competitive side decided to kick in. Knowing I was a little behind motivated to push myself even more with the help of my coach @plaja11 @tips_by_tay
This week is all about high reps/aerobic training, drinking lots of water, finally dropping all the water weight & working on my poses
Currently sitting at 137lbs. Goal is to get to 130lbs by the show. (FYI Not recommended to be done in one week for anyone unless competiting lol)

My first show - (& probably last one)
A lot of y’all are wondering how I did... unfortunately I did not place! I was still not a thin as the other girls and my legs were not as “defined”
The whole process of training, transformation, will power & dedication was an amazing lifetime experience and learned the most from BUT being on stage was the least thing I actually enjoyed (in my experience)
I would like to thank:

▫️My family & amazing friends for the support & not cooking food for 3 months so I don’t get hungry
▫️My @mayfairclubs crew for supporting my goals & clients for understanding me when I was hangry
▫️My fav assistant @albearrrr for all the helped this weekend or else it would’ve been impossible
NOW let’s take off these high heels, sparkling suit & meals preps and let’s put on some tennis shoes, lift heavy shit and eat EVERYTHING 13h
