horror movies

I just now watched the trailers on youtube for both movies. In the trailer for The Human Centipede 2, it states that it was banned in the UK. Is that true? The movie was banned in the UK? That's crazy!

All the reviews I've seen for that movie are of people talking about how disgusting it is and how the people who made it should be disgusted at themselves for how twisted it is. Well.... I like twisted. Horror movies should make you feel disturbed, you should be disgusted, you should be scared. That's what it's all about. If people can't handle that, they shouldn't watch it.

I started Human Centipede 1 without watching the trailer. I shut it off. It didn't scare me or anything. I just didn't want to watch a movie with people shitting in each other's mouths. I don't wanna watch scat porn combined with bondage lol, and it's along the same lines. THC isn't horror, it's just a guy (Tom Sixx) trying to be famous for doing something gross.

And I forgot about Wolf Creek! I wanted to watch it when it came out but never did. I am so gonna download that tonight :)

Speaking of which, did anyone ever watch Blood Creek? I haven't because it didn't look to be good, but I am a big fan of Dominic Purcell and I recently noticed Henry Cavill (the next and greatest Superman) is in it too! Anyone?

i started it the other day, and will most likely finish it today... the first 15 minutes looked good so far, and the idea of the film isnt that bad.

ive been trying to catch up on films.

I watched the first 20 minutes of Blood Creek, and just lost interest I heard mixed reviews about it. I'd rather watch Deep Rising again then that.

Its not a horror movie but can we please put the chainsaw scene from Scarface in the conversation?

Speaking of graveyards... I need to go hurry up and get ready for my day so I can watch Grave Encounters before work. Or The Human Centipede 2. I haven't decided yet.

PS. I was just cleaning up my Netflix instant queue and saw that I hadn't removed The Perfect Host from it yet, from when I watched it over a month ago. If anyone hasn't seen that one yet, I recommend it! It has a really interesting twist to it. I was impressed!

Wow ! you really are definately a horror movie heayweight ! "The Human Centipede" was outside of my comfort zone...much less any sequels....all the pro-longed torture and suffering, combined with the scat and the sexual overtones, was a little to gross and disturbing for me.

When I saw it, the only thing I could of think was how unfortunate it was that they would make something like that with so many better ideas out there that have gone untapped.

Plus my younger cousins and nephews are always around and they love horror flicks just like me...they aren't kids, but they are younger.....and when they wanted to watch it, I just didn't even want to go there with them trying to explain what the movie was about and why they would make it...

Its definately for Adults...I don't know about the sequels, but I would have given the first one an X-rating... definately kinda hardcore stuff IMO.

I don't beleive in censorship, so I don't think It should be banned, but I won't watch it again.

Not fond of it either. Hadn't watched it for this reason. A2M just ain't my thing.

Anyone know that ridiculously funny movie about animals turning into killer Zombies? Squirrels, raccoons, rabbits, oh my! One of the lines, even though I only heard it once, stuck in my memory and made me laugh so fucking hard:

"This town isn't cursed. It's fucked."

Ass to mouth isn't exactly my thing either. The movie isn't supposed to turn you on. If it does, you're a sick twisted fuck. :pukey:

Watched the sequel earlier before work. Like the reviews said, it made the first one look like a Disney movie. It's not just disgusting, it's more than that. It's too much. It would be a better movie if it was filmed better and if it had an actual story line with characters that you can relate to. Without that little emotional connection, it's not a good movie. So for The Human Centipede II, the idea of a human centipede combined with the torture, killing, brutality, disfiguring, etc., and without the character relation, it's an absolutely horrible movie.

Do not watch it! Human Centipede sequel? :ban2:

never saw the sequel... typically movies that rely on shock factor dont really appeal to me (original last house on the left). i really enjoyed hostel, which people may say is a shock factor film... but i think its well written, and has a great buildup and character development. and eli roth is the shit.

i am, however a fan of the girl that has the cupcake party ;)
