From what I've seen I think most of them are made by a handful of people. A few individuals making multiple banners for several different girls.

Her site is updated weekly, as advertised. That said... there were a few occasions she did add more than one (and apparently there's plans for two sets a week next year!).

It is pretty kickass, I was admiring it once before. I think it's all the chains that caught my eye. Sadly I have no sets of me in chains yet, but once I get into shooting my Sleeping Beauty sets, there will be plenty of bondage and other fun stuff.
Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of my watermark. Joe (web techie guy) is the one who made it and applies it to everything. I'd have to ask him for a copy, and he's almost always late on just about everything, so he'd likely not get it to me until it was too late.
Sure did, at minimum. Every now and then I'd release an extra set in addition to the usual one per week, but generally yes, one photo set and one video per week. And uh... in case anyone wants to take this into consideration for future guesses- each set has anywhere from 50 to 200 pictures each, and my site has been active since 2011.
Yep, that's the plan! I'm very much looking forward to it. It'll be a lot of work, but definitely fun and worth it.

After doing some brainstorming and hiring a team of Chinese migrant workers to type out the entire works of Shakespeare, I've come up with what I feel is a reasonable guess: 9,500. I've already mentioned how poorly I make signatures, so I'm not even going to subject this group to my work, even if it is part of the contest.
