another question, is there a way to find out wich members are online at any given moment?
I'll answer in a serious way, but I'm not sure if the question was? :dunno:
Anyway, right next to where you rep someone, is a little "tick" if that is orange the person is online, if white they are offline.

You will have to go to each person's profile page and see if the box is orange.
An orange box means someone is online.

cant members set it so that they are online, but the box does not go oarange and it looks as though they are offline
I think you missed my point: my idea was to have the thread starter be able to alter or close the thread, so mods wouldn't have to do anything. It might come in useful in many other types of thread as well. But if it's down to software problems, I suppose most stuff is out of the running.

i always get logged out if i am inactive, an i am usually only inactive for a few minutes (roughly)
its not a big deal to log in again, but it would be even easier if members were able to stay logged in for a long time when they are inactive
You can do that. Just click the 'Remember Me' box next to where you type your user name and password. :computer:

Can we customize the color scheme for FreeOnes? You know, like how we can customize the color scheme in our profile? No offense, but this baby blue HAS to go. No, please don't. The board is already congested enough with the current avatars combined with signatures, user titles, smilies, post counts, rep points and stones, etc.
A critical point to all the would be web designers out there: LESS is almost always better.
