Yes, Sir Drew Christopher Brees is definitely one of my favorite players. But he's also a former Boilermaker. That's why he gets the pass on this one.

No. Those are my favorite players. Technically they can't be on my favorite team but they are my favorite players.
Also add Andy Roddick to my list of tennis players, Tim Howard to my soccer list and Tom Brady to my NFL list.
