As it appears, Trump is doing this as the next step in his publicity loudmouthery. All the feuds with O'Donnell, his jackass appears in Wrestling and those TV shows were milked dry, and "2016 Republican Presidental Candidate" really must look great on your resumé.

Trump won't win ANYTHING other than an ego contest.

And yes I think that the population should be fairly represented in the senate just as it is in the house. The fact that those states are more blue than red is just a bonus. Turn it around and look at it that way. Why should the interests of 39 million people be limited to and subjected to the same representation as some ranchers in Wyoming?

Artist Fernando Sosa has found a novel way to protest at Donald Trump’s recent comments about Mexican immigrants: he’s turned the Republican presidential candidate into a butt plug.

Sosa used 3D printing technology to create the decidedly-unofficial merchandise, which he is selling from his store on the Shapeways website for £21.34. The plug is made from full-colour sandstone, promising “a coarse finish and a delicate feel”.

Trump Says McCain is No War Hero

Well the leading candidate (O M G LMFAO!!!) in the polls of the republican candidates said that John McCain is no hero just because he was a prisoner of war for over 5 years. Trump said "I like people who weren't captured" and his butt buddy Ted Cruz is the only one who hasn't denounced the comments. You guys sure haven't learned your lesson. The biggest lesson here is that the majority of the republican't party agrees with this fucking moron more than any other candidate. Wow is all I can say.

Real-estate magnate Donald Trump attacked Sen. John McCain's (R-Arizona) status as a "war hero" on Saturday, saying he was only viewed as a war hero because "he was captured."
Speaking at an event in Iowa, Trump argued that McCain — who has spoken out against Trump for his controversial comments about Mexican immigrants — was not a real war hero.

"He's not a war hero," Trump said. "He's a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren't captured."

"Perhaps he's a war hero, but right now, he's said bad things about a lot of people,' Trump added.

The real-estate mogul also said that he didn't like McCain after his loss to President Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election.

"I never liked him after that, because I don't like losers," Trump said.

Trump has recently spoken out more forcefully against McCain, after the veteran senator denounced Trump for "firing up the crazies" during a speech last week in Phoenix.

In response, Trump demanded an apology, and tweeted that McCain is a "dummy."

As The Washington Post reported, Trump is lobbying for a primary challenger to run against McCain in 2016.

Several Republican presidential candidates were quick to condemn Trump.

John McCain sucks so bad as a senator that his time as a POW has been diminished. Trump has done more to help people earn a living than McCain ever did. As the son of a Marine, I could care less about Trump being flip in his comments on McCain. When he made the comment I immediately laughed because I knew he was joking. My dad would have laughed at it too. McCain should apologize for insulting Americans that like Trump because Trump is bringing illegal immigration to the national conversation. You,the left, the establishment and everyone else are worried about him or you wouldn't be talking about him so much. Love it!

I am sure that what some republicans believe about Trump's candidacy will come true:

He will further his usual stance into the FOX TV debats, and run it like he did his reality shows. Punching down opponents by the talk he uses already, pretty much telling them:

"You're fired!"

The whole debates will be in this spirit, and as there are so many candidates who try to outextreme each other, that is what the Good Old Party will suffer:

They are becoming a scripted show, heading for further alienation of their voting crowd, while bing paid to do so by their puppet masters.

Not that the whole democratic field is absolutely different, but there is Sanders, and I think, eventually there will be Warren, too, probably not in THIS election

Go on, Donald, wreck that competition, you are all that we could hope for.

Trump should've stuck to criticizing McCain as a senator instead of going back to his annapolis days and certainly not his war record. McCain was a hero the moment he put on the uniform and put his life on the line serving this country. And his conduct while in captivity further exemplified that.

McCain should have not insulted Trump or his supporters first. It is telling that a POW can be criticized when that would not happen to any other but him. McCain told victims of poison water at Camp Lejeune to get over it" my dad died as a result of that poison water. He served in Korea and Vietnam and was awarded 2 Purple Hearts. He may be a hero for his military service but he is a traitor as a senator. Fuck him.

I wonder how much humor Trump would find in the situation if he was the one that was a prisoner of war for years and and everybody else found hilarity in it.

I might suggest that Trump try that prisoner of war stuff himself to better criticize somebody else in that situation, but lets get real, somebody as pampered, gutless, and soft as Trump would crack in a day under those circumstances.
