The name really does not bother me too much as such but that is probably because I have known the magazine since I was much younger and don't really see the name as a number as such anymore. However, I am not really that keen on the content where the girls tend to be wearing "girly/teen" clothing (bobby socks and trainers, plain cotton panties or shorts and t-shirts) rather than more "adult" clothing (stockings and suspenders, sexy lingerie, high heels and boots). If it comes to models dressing as schoolgirls, then I am looking for the more slutty "St Trinians" style (http://www.stmackenzies.com for example) where they are not trying to look like young teenagers but more like slutty adults as aposed to wearing "normal" school uniform.

Having said that, it is probably time that Seventeen moved on and changed the name.

I do very much agree with the age of consent in case of pornography being 18+

Personally I think it should be higher because a lot of 18-19 years old do a lot of dumb shit for dumb reasons and don't fully understand the ramifications of their actions until it's too late.

If there there needs to be a hard-and-fast age it should be when you are eligible to die for your country. Once that is decided, everything else should be academic.

Almost the same here, except it's 16 in my state. So... we're ok with like, a 60 year old being able to bang a 16 year old.
