Am I the only one who uses their fucking turn signal when driving?? Because it sure seems like it. Goddammit!!

Just kidding. :1orglaugh But yeah, I agree. There's definitely a lot of people that don't use the turn signals. It's quite possible that it's because nowadays they're too busy with one hand on their phone be it texting or talking ... or on some other device. Taking the time to turn on the turn signals becomes a very low priority OPTION that gets put down in the basement of the backburner.

I think a lot of cars have it only as a very expensive option. I mean, that's the only logicial reason I see for so many people not using it.

lol every time somebody slows down and turns without using a turn signal (screwing everything up) I think "wow, that model car doesn't come with a turn signal? who knew"

I say this every single time a drive. Everyone acts like they own the road anymore and you should just watch the fuck out in case they feel like making a turn or changing lanes.

When drivers do this - don't signal - I yell at them their turn signal is broken and they need to get it fixed because if it was working I tell them I know they would have turned it on for their turn

I'm not a driver, way too many idiots and halfwits on the roads for me to even consider learning. But I'm seeing more and more cases where drivers just don't bother using indicators. I live a few feet away from a corner at the bottom of a hill and the number of drivers coming down the hill who don't bother to indicate left or right is just beyond belief. It's almost as bad as people crossing roads without following the good old fashioned green cross code. Those of a certain vintage in the UK will know exactly what I'm talking about.

But I have one better than that.
I was waiting to cross the road just at the local police station, standing there patiently waiting for a car to drive past me when it suddenly turns into a car park shared by the police station and the local shops. Best part, it was full of policemen on their way to work.
Now aren't these people supposed to be professional drivers? And you can bet money that if the position was reversed, I'd have had an irate member of the plod chewing me out for not indicating.

I always do, and I never fail to get fucked over by the other assclowns on the road. I can get over it in my pick up, but when I'm on my bike, or in a tractor trailer, it tends to **** me off more. One day it was done to me on my bike, and seeing as the other person and myself were going to the same place, I casually mentioned, "I guess that model doesn't come with turn signals". I got a dirty look. I wish she would have said something, so I could have called her a stupid cunt.

Full disclosure: I use them most of the time, except for when I'm on the Interstate. I don't use them there anymore, because I got sick of motherfuckers speeding up to block me from taking "their" lane. I just downshift and floor it. I never cut people off, though.
