So much for Temple's big turnaround season.

ok....time for me to vent a little . 1 i would like to say i am so glad liddle Baylor and TCU got put back in their little JV league where they belong. 2 Clemson beat another cream puff to remain unbeaten. not that polls matter but i want to know what team they have beat that made them appear to be the best? the only win they have that stands out is Notre Dame and they best be glad they dont have to do that again. 3 i dont care how you feel about them unlike any other position in the rankings in my book Ohio st should be number 1 as long as they are unbeaten. 4 last night i figured i would be flipping between 3 games since i was kinda limited to one choice then after a few minutes went by i thought humm..Arkansas pulled away...then Memphis was laying the wood to Houston so i settled in watching Okie beat knots on Baylors head i was enjoying it so. but tell me how the he11 Memphis found a way to loose to Houston...me and Elvis demand a explanation baby !!! had to be something illegal go down in that game???? 5 they make my face mad every year with these teams like Clemson,Baylor,TCU, Boise ST, beating them little snotty nose teams they are beating putting them in the top tem KNOWING the first team they play with a defense is going to deflate them? i dont get it why put them up there in the way to start with. and last but not least...that pukie tv announcer that said Baylor was the best team in football....you have a crow feather hanging out of your mouth this morning.....(after okie shoved it down your face last night) lol

i been quiet all year...earlier in the year i spotted a couple things on the Bama team i didnt like...apparently they have got that took care of? this morning i will have a big cup of crimson tide tea. Bear said if ye cant score ye cant win. looks like Alabama has decided that as well. stopping Derick Henry .....THAT is another can of worms

Steve Spurrier and me has never gotten along i just dont like his attitude. we have one Chance steve....one Chance for me and you to close this out on good terms. if you just beat Clemson so we wont have to watch them waist a playoff game with a blowout. the way i know steve not much has went well this year he will bring the kitchen sink to beat Clemson if he beats Clemson i forgive him for everything.

... but tell me how the he11 Memphis found a way to lose to Houston...me and Elvis demand a explanation baby !!! had to be something illegal go down in that game????
In a word, Coaching. Tom Herman has shown that he's the real deal.

But, will he be back at Houston next year? He was hired by Mack Rhoads, who's now the AD at Missouri, and with Pinkel leaving due to health concerns, does anyone think Rhoads won't make a run to bring Herman to the Mizzou sideline?

Still, as great a season as Houston is having, 2 weeks from now, I think they may their hands full when Navy comes to town.

I'm pretty stunned at how bad the officiating has been in college football this year...and that despite the fact they have replay! Last night's UCLA/Washington State game was just the latest example of a team of both on field and replay officials making several mind boggling mistakes.

Bodie i still say old spur has something brewing. it would make his miserable year to knock off clemson. and you right i waited till i was convinced bama appears to be riding the high tide at the moment..but with no way to know how this was going to wind down...i got 700 laid against 17 that florida couldnt win the NC. that sounded like a long shot then..but now the only way they can do that is beating bama. i never watched a ballgame that i had both sides. i am not a sell out...i will be pulling for my boys in red....but If Florida were to beat bama...i will feel bad but unless its ND i cant see no one beating the winner of that game. trust me guys ND is better than anyone here including me has given them credit for. if Arkansas could get into this we could see a shoot out like in the old west lol

smoknn, I have to ask why do you keep acting like Spurrier is still the coach at South Carolina?

dang bud..you blink your eye and miss everything i am not a big SC fan but i knew i heard this was his last year...but what i didnt know was lsu was his last game?? ....ahh..scratch what i said about them beating Clemson. thanks roger that one went over my head running 120 mph........guess i will have to invent a Steve Spurrier play now.....LOL

:1orglaugh
Yep. OSU was undefeated but had been uninspiring - a lot like Florida State last year.

Florida  Smoknn if you don't beat those clowns I'll eat a horse!

Back to back sharp wins for the Ducks :quack: :quack:
Too bad it took them so long to find a groove this year.
But beating The University of Spoiled Children is always an ecstatic experience :nanner:

I have a sneaking suspicion that Dantonio held out Cook just to give him another week to rehab that shoulder. With the weather the way it was, Cook would not have made that much of a difference. If it wasn't for the two fumbles Ohio State would have got shut out. Combined, their two touchdown drives totaled 38 yards. Iowa will move into the top four for now and see what happens in two weeks. I'm not looking past Penn State but I just don't see Sparty going down on senior day. The announcers kept going on about how rattled Heckenberg was going against Michigan's defense then how rattled is he going to be against Sparty's front four?

Yet again, a Michigan State team I can't fucking figure out.

man, I love chaos! ;)

I just saw that Houston lost too, to U Conn :wtf: lol

Notre Dame was life and death to hold off BC :flaccid:

Mississippi State/Arkansas combined for over 900 yards passing :flame:

And Baylor exposed Okie State as what I felt was a highly overrated team.

I'd like to see Oklahoma lose tonight (I doubt it)

I was pulling for that too. Sooooo damn close!

many weeks back i saw something in Florida i really liked. after their QB got hurt i knew that was going to buck a lot of rich cowboys off in Vegas. i checked the odds...for giggles i took a 700 to 17 bet that Florida would win it all. (i didnt know at the time winning it all meant beating bama)....love to see my team win yet another NC but two teams stand in our way. one is Notre Dame the other is Florida. dont let Florida dragging sand bags up and down the field yesterday fool you. where i stand this looks locked. if florida beats bama ..i have a hella good chance to win 700. i may do like judge ito in this game and just start crying................51990654.jpg

Moving to a trailer in Fife, AL.
So glad Urban got called out by his star player. The offensive genius looked lost against that defense.

Bodie dont you go eating no horse.....2 teams worry me now...Florida and Notre Dame. i hate to say it but one of them 3 will win it all in IMO. (LOL @ Florida dragging sand bags up and down the field yesterday) watch them turn into a werewolf when the Indians show up.
