Whoo-hoo! Mizzou!!!

So much more fun to have a rooting interest in this instead of just being worried about your fucking bracket. If Missouri had a big man to handle the low post, they might be unbeatable. West Virginia will be tough for sure but I would give Missouri more than a punchers chance against them....especially the way they play defense.

Way to go, Tigers! :glugglug::nanner::hatsoff::thumbsup:

What a shame that the refs had to make sure that Michigan State won against New Mexico State....lane violation? I watched the replay and it looked like a million other free throws to me. Not taking anything away from the Spartans....they're a great team and likely would have won the game anyway but....geez....the officials should NEVER be the reason someone wins or loses.

Well a humdrum day of Tourney hoops today PROBABLY will lead to a total buzzer-beating chaos-fest, bracket mayhem type day tomorrow

Get your popcorn ready

Hang on to your butts

Rick Barnes is a terrific recruiter but I am absolutely convinced that he is a horrible basketball coach.

Funny, thats how I feel about their football coach. Some nonsensensical decision making. See: 2009 Big XII Championship.

Anyway almost got my Wofford upset pick correct, if only they could make a damn free throw or two. Surprised with how terrible Temple played, was looking forward to Temple/Kentucky. MSU almost gave me a heart attack.

Hope the 'other' OU can upset Tennefuckinsee. Look out for SMC against Nova.

damn msu gave me a scare last night nms is a good school and had a good program this year if young didnt sit on the bench much of the first half we would be sitting here talking upset

Well at least Mack has the good sense to recognize his weaknesses as a field strategist and has guys like Muschamps and Davis around him. Barnes thinks he a fucking genius....he ain't.

Didn't even watch the Purdue game yesterday, nor did I enter any bracket challenge. I don't even care anymore. I'm so over basketball right now. When does baseball season start?

Yippee-ki-yay, motherfucker!
Great game played by St. Mary's; they totally took Scottie Reynolds out of rhythm, and they looked solid on both ends of the floor today.

St. Mary's is this year's George Mason it would appear. Unbelievable! :glugglug:

Watching NIU-Kansas (starting to look at some red sweater vests, BI :uohs:), Kevin Harlan said that the last Mo Valley team to make the Sweet 16 was Larry Bird's Sycamores back in 1979. He missed the fact that Bruce Weber's SIU Salukis also did it in 2002 and Matt Painter's team repeated the feat in 2007! These network guys need to do their research before making such erroneous statements!!

WOW....ain't the NCAA tournament just great? Rock, chalk...goodbye, Jayhawk!

I'm gonna look really silly just walking around in that red sweater vest (try not to visualize that, folks. I'm sure not!)

Nice call, BI! :hatsoff:

I think they were referring to the last MVC Tourney Champs to reach the Sweet Sixteen, and Matt Painter was not the Salukis' coach in 2007; it was Chris Lowery.

Nevertheless, great win by the UNI Panthers - way to represent the Missouri Valley!

That's not what I heard but, hey, maybe you're right. My bad on the Lowery call. Anyway, great win by NIU!!
