That sounds impossible. I reckon a pressure cooker halves the time of normal slow cooking. Also sod the pulled pork, do brawn!

Never used one but I believe the thing to do is use tougher cuts of meat (ribs for example). The cooking time for these cuts of meat to achieve a tender consistency is reduced somewhat using a pressure cooker. Try a classic English dish called Brawn (pigs head & trotters) :)

My one and only time in Barcelona was about 3 years ago on a work trip. I was invited out to a great tapas restaurant. Baby octopus, russian roulette chillis, garlic prawns etc. It was fantastic. Not a fucking chicken burger in sight!
