Totally agree with you on this. Though today I have bought the one of the cheapest cuts of meat possible - beef skirt (not sure if it's called the same in USA). This cut of meat only works with the curry I'll cook with it. A beef and mustard seed curry, very slow cooking but well worth the wait.
