This shooting was ‘downtown’ at 4 am between some gangbangers - at least 5 people were firing away. I would fully expect more of this type of ******** if everyone was armed.

Imagine how many domestic ******** situations would escalate. Or road rage? Or neighborhood disputes?

Not everyone is equipped to be handling such deadly *****. I am happy you can have yours and would not interfere with your right to have them.

If I was out at a scene like that and there was shooting like that, even if I had a ***, I would flee. Seems like the smart thing to do and I got no skin in that game. I'll save myself to be a hero to my wife if need be when the time comes.

Gang ******** is not something for 3 White guys to solve. The people most affected in those neighborhoods are those who must dig in and come up with real solutions. Gang members are the sons and ********* of the community.

Gangs do not threaten me. I am White, live a good distance from territory they claim as theirs, and don't care or get in the way of their business. There is also no upside for them to start any mobilization toward the Westside unless they want to deal with a very popular and well supported LAPD and California National Guard. They come for you rolling in tanks, not bouncing around the street in hoopties.

I don't think more is better as far as guns either. There is a lot to taking a person's life and being able to hit a moving target under stress while other innocent life is in the background and foreground is something that a class or classes won't teach in a day or entire month. Justified or unjustified, once you pull the trigger you life changes forever so be prepared for whatever comes because it will come.

Norway and France's numbers were jacked up by 2 specific incidents - Anders Brevik, a neo **** from Norway who shot up a music festival racking up a huge number of ****s. I believe actually he still has top record number of ****s, but maybe the American guy Paddock topped it when he shot up the music festival in Las Vegas area years ago, he also racked up an unbelievable **** count, using a high rate of fire rifle from a vantage point.

In France a bunch of terrorists famously shot up a rock concert which is why France's rating is high.

Like the other guy said, rating by "spree shootings" doesn't give a good picture tbh America is basically top when it comes to *** ****ing which makes sense statistically and realistically. Why is that guy ashamed of this? We can find pride in *** crimes just as we can of our porn can we not? Sex and ******** are so intertwined after all.

There's no evidence to suggest this was just a random act of ********.

I know a "mass shooting" is usually 4+ deaths, but this happened in Canada, and involved teens been targeted, so I think it counts.

All 3 victims were under 18, shot outside of an arcade in the heart of the tourist district; this isn't in some dive bar in the outskirts of town. Given that they're saying it was targeted, I'm going to say that the shooter was likely a teen as well. In fucking Canada, no less.

I'm seeing interviews with people saying they're not panicking because "it appears it was targeted". I don't know if that's hopelessly optimistic, naïve or stoic.
