These thugs are in serious need of a lobotomy, But you realize that if every law abiding citizen had a ***, I don't doubt it would lead to some increased problems, but not as drastic as the reduction, if you quit giving these ******* 2nd and 3rd chances. Norway and France's numbers were jacked up by 2 specific incidents - Anders Brevik, a neo **** from Norway who shot up a music festival racking up a huge number of *****. I believe actually he still has top record number of *****, but maybe the American guy Paddock topped it when he shot up the music festival in Las Vegas area years ago, he also racked up an unbelievable **** count, using a high rate of fire rifle from a vantage point.
Because he has a dark sense of humor, and when you get to know him, you will find he leans towards sarcasm, in is comedic offerings.
