I'm just under the impression Tiger didn't have to talk to authorities because he didn't want to (because he was rich) and I only have to assume he will get a pass on this cheating stuff too by the Tour because he's their cash cow.

Guess what...if you get in a traffic accident....you don't have to say ANYTHING...just realize if you have a defense or explanation you are foreclosing the right to defend yourself. If you don't, you can let the cops draw their own conclusions and cite you if they see fit....JUST LIKE they did in Tiger's situation.
