Re: TONIGHT!!!! Tampa Bay @ Carolina monday night football

This is by far the most important game so far this season. the winner of tonights game will most likely win the division and a first round bye into the play-offs for the NFC South. also with giants talking a lose yesterday against the Eagles, the winner of tonights game will be one game behind the giants with 3 games left to play. so tonight, is the game to watch!!!!

My Pick for tonight... Tampa Bay

A very attractive woman who knows business and the NFL?

These guys will be putty in your hands in no time.

T.B. 25 Carolina 17

Just heard on the radio:

With so many footballers in jail, they could do a remake of The Longest Yard

It made me laugh, i thought to share it with NFL fans... I hope it's not an old joke for you...

My MOM actually told me a good joke the other day.

Did you hear that the Browns are going to trade Braylon Edwards to the Giants? They want him in New York so he can help them drop the ball on New Year's Eve.

Wow....coming from a Mom, that's a great joke!

looks like Carolina dominated.

Everyone talks about these run first teams and I think Carolina may be the best of all of them. They have two outstanding running backs but they also have Steve Smith to catch the ball and a decent QB to throw it. On every other "run first" team they either have no big play reciever or a crappy QB. Carolina has a good QB and a big play reciever.

Now if there D will hold up then could make a deep run in the playoff's, until they play the Cowboys!!!!!

Well I did not see the monday night game playing out like that. Damn.

Renee, sweets...well Tampa took it on the chin tonight. If you want, we can meet and commiserate over tonight's loss. I see a new club forming--the Fuccaneers, for Tampa Bay Bucs fans who want to get over difficult losses through sex parties?

Just goes to show you. I think it was Boobs who said "Damn the stats." Anyway, kudos to Williams for racking up almost 200 yards rushing against a team that ordinarily surrenders less than 100 per game average. How's that for parity? A season split between these teams. Fox had them ready for this one. Look at it this way: in the last meeting, Carolina got 40 yards rushing. The Panthers didn't stop Garcia as predicted, but it didn't matter. Despite a 200-yard receiving day from Bryant the Cats just kept roaring. I guess the only guaranteed correct NFL prediction is a Detroit loss.

im not sold on the panthers quite yet....they have not won a road game against a quality team....they are 7-0 at home yes....but the bucs are 6-0
whats your point?

the panthers are 3-3 on the road....with wins against the raiders, chargers, and packers....all 3 of which are not the least bit impressive in my mind....so to move the panthers to the top of the NFC pecking order is ridiculous....that can happen IF they beat the Giants in New York

Did you see what Portis said about Zorn the other day? Gee, I guess he's right. After all, what does Jim Zorn know about football? :1orglaugh I guess they cleared everything up but why do I get a sense that the team is polarized now?

Saints and Bears tonight. Playoff races are starting to solidify and this is a very important game for these "bubble" teams so should be a helluva contest. I know I'll be watching. I say the winner of tonight's game makes the playoffs (playoffs??? playoffs????? playoffs!!!!.........Jim Mora lovers will know what I am referring to!) and the loser stays at home. Game's a tossup as far as I'm concerned so it should be good.

Ahhhh....the NFL.....a playoff-oriented league.

Two 7-6 teams fighting for a spot. Still, look at the Bears' division: they're still vying for the division win. Plus the Saints don't have a good recent history in Chicago. I hate to wreck the dream machine for either of these two hard-working clubs, but all roads go through New York.
