Hook 'em!!!

I'm so desperate for football right now, I'd trade an arm just to see eastern illinois take on the people's republic of bum fuck nowhere. Yeah!!

i can understand that. i feind for nebraska football. but i got bigger things to worry about right now.

Ahhh, well here's the Apeman bringing the Golden Domer love! I love how Charlie Weis is keeping his lips sealed about the starting QB! Georgia Tech is going to be pissing down their pant leg come game day!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Seriously though....I can't wait for the season to start!!

Im looking forward to my Buckeye's surprising ppl this yr. Alot of ppl are counting them out. Their run game is going to be badass. Oh and also I cannot wait till Clemson beats the hell out of Florida St.

Hmmm...I will go out on a limb. This year I predict that Notre Dame will be overrated yet receive a lot of hype, some Big 10 running back will be drafted in the early rounds into the NFL at the end of the season and suck like all non-Larry Johnson big 10 backs have for the last 2000 years, and either Michigan or OSU will have big expectations and be favored going into a big bowl game and somehow loose to a team from another conference.

USC is going to clown the entire college football world. Huskers...you have Sam Keller as your QB:rofl: I'm sure 'SC is scared of him...

I'd like to see USC v LSU in the title game. Or USC versus a Florida school.

I think Oklahoma will win the Big 12.
I think Georgia will win the SEC.
I think Rutgers will take a step back to "reality" (cough cough)..8 wins.
I think Michigan will roll through the Big 12.
Notre Dame will be .500 this year and bitch and moan their way into a better bowl game then they deserve.

I think the game of the year will be Navy versus Temple...

no, really..Cal versus Tennessee and Miami v Oklahoma should be great games.

For the record: USC 63....Nebraska 14...cars will be set on fire, stores looted..Lincoln will be left in chaos after the Men of Troy humiliate Husker Nation with an early, program confidence shattering blowout....

26-of-45 (57.8 pct.) for 347 yards
kellar is real scared of the trojans too. thats what he did in 2005 against usc.

You Might want to stop laughing down there on the floor and realize that kellar is better than you know. do you even know who he is?

Big 10 btw

Also a previous poster said with the exception of Larry Johnson the big 10 has produced crap at the RB position. (Cough cough) Eddie George, which got his career cut short due to him gettin fed the ball 30+ times a game for yrs. He dominated most of career. Ill give you that there has been a alot of busts in the big 10 but doesnt every conf. have that?

Perhaps we should look at when those numbers are "achieved." First half or Second half? Most opponents' QBs put up passing numbers in the 4th qtr when they are down by 4 or more TDs. They simply have to pass.

Sam Keller couldn't win the starting QB job at ASU and bailed. If you want to make him out to be the second coming of...Eric Crouch..that will be your mistake, not mine.

I was using a bit of hyperbole. The Big-10 just seems to have an inordinate number of busts comparing how good people thought they were going to be. In any case, Eddie George is probably one of the most overrated running backs football has ever had. For a couple of years he was above average….maybe. Look at his yards per carry. For much of his career he wasn't playing for a bad team or a bad offensive line either. His rushing totals are from the fact he got the 30+ carry games he did.

there is a great reason for this. its because there is actually 11 teams in the big10. :1orglaugh

I'm so excited for Monday. I have been waiting for the Florida St Vs. Clemson game for so long. Im a big Tiger fan and like 4 of my friends like FSU. GO TIGERS!!!!!
