I barbequed pork chops in a roasting pan and put the barbecue sauce over mashed potatoes with corn on the cob. Washed it all down with delicious refreshing sweet iced tea. Sure was good!
I make my own with tomato paste, onion, vinegar, molasses and mustard, salt and pepper.I found a great BBQ sauce in of all places, the hardware store. It's called "Pigs Ass". Not sweet, but not very hot...just a little nip of heat, with a sort of tangy quality.
