Got some great Persian Food at Shamshiri Grill on Westwood Bl a few steps south of Massachusetts Ave. Ordered the Beef Shamshiri which is a combination of beef Barg & beef Koobideh. Pictured below the food was some hot sauce that was really spicy and went well with the meat and rice.

More Persian Food. This time Persian Pizza. They put hot dogs in their pizza. I thought it sounded strange at first but I finally tried it and it's darn good. I plan on having it again.

Hey alright, tonight I had an idea and me and the wife launched an adventure to our local Jack In The Box. We got and shared their 3 new "Food Truck Series" sandwiches which are the Pork Belly Sandwich, The Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, and the Asian Chicken Sandwich, and also got an order of Egg Rolls and Jalapeño Poppers. Starting with the sandwiches, the best one was the Pork Belly Sandwich which I'd give 3 stars out of 5. The second best was the Philly Cheesesteak which I'd give 2.5 stars out of 5. Lastly was the Asian Chicken Sandwich which neither one of us liked and I'd give 1 star out of 5. The other sides were very good. I'd give the Jalapeño Poppers 4 stars out of 5 and the Egg Rolls 3.5 stars out of 5. It was a fun suppertime supper and we both learned that we will go back to ordering the burgers and fries that we did before. I like the Double Jack and she's a Buttery Jack gal.

I overdosed on UK staples again. Fish and chips, half a cornish pasty, some bangers, mash, and mushy peas. Oh, and half a scotch egg. It was amazing.

A bit of a chilly, windy night tonight so we decided to go to our favorite Ramen House, Kotoya. I got the Spicy Pork Tonkotsu.

Spaghetti with angel hair pasta and Italian sausages and marinara sauce. Mountain Dew to drink, Code Red to match the spaghetti sauce and garlic bread. Sure was good.

I was against it at first until I saw the reviews and tried it. They have chicken, ground beef, and some vegetable options too. The cheese they use was good quality.
