This is his first quarter in office.

There has been nothing but distractions whining and crying since he was sworn in.

His economic plan will be implemented soon enough. Reagan didn't get his plan up and running until 1982.

I know with Democrats,what's good for them is bad for the country, but a little perspective is in order.

The pedestrian first-quarter growth pace is, however, not a true picture of the economy's health. The labor market is near full employment and consumer confidence is near multi-year highs, suggesting that the mostly weather-induced sharp slowdown in consumer spending is probably temporary.

But when Trump has one it's no biggie. There are all kinds of reasonable explanations/excuses

No reasonable person criticizes Obama's or any president's job performance during their first quarter in office.

I waited 2 years before I criticized Obama.

If Trump's economic record is as miserable's as Obama's after 2 years, I'll criticize him too.

OMG!!! Obama lied to us??? He should be impeached retroactively before it's too late!!!

Everyone in a position of power lies to get what they want.
The important points are the final intent of the lie, whether it is for greedy personal gain only, or for the benefit of the majority of the people.
Also the magnitude of the lies and possible damage the lies may cause.
