Jimmy Carter was not a good president but he did well on foreign policy.

The other thing is that Carter had an energy policy that included investment in solar. Reagan killed that. I wonder where we would be now if Carter's investment plans were carried out. Probably in a lot better shape.

I still disagree. Carter fp had much to do with why he lost in 1980. Carter escalated the Cold War and ended detente? with the Russians.

if you have a driver's license you will be resgistered to vote. its that simple. doesnt mean you have to vote and you can opt out if you wish. but it will mean anyone with a driver's license (photo ID) will be regsitered to vote. what's wrong with that?
