Good post by HHJJ
There are still many OCSM's on here.
Things may be changing but FO still gives unknown girls the chance to mix in with everyone from the big companies.
I am only interested in FO forum, not the rest of FO
FO forum looked after me, a joke and wasted vote, to 4 times winner.
Thank you FO members.

Well, you deserve what you've gotten. I've only been here slightly less than a year, but even I've noticed how much you contribute and the impact you've had on the board. Heck,
you were the first person to welcome me here, and the first person to PM me. Not a FreeOne's staff member, not a mod, not another poster... it was you in both cases. Which I think says something. And you absolutely had at least one vote from me in every round last year. :thumbsup:
And you're not the only one who has little-to-no interest in FreeOnes beyond the forums. Roald had to keep reminding some of the more avid posters that they weren't the entirety of FreeOnes. :1orglaugh
Yea I know there is more to it than just the boards but in all honestly the board should play a part.
The boards do play a part. Board members get weighted votes based on how long they've been members and (up to a certain number) how many posts they have.
and I second your motion on the bat their eyelashes bit also, kind of like the OCSM of the week 2013 deal!! More weight on photo and on substance? whats up with that two of the noms this past week hardly ever participated?
If your an active OCSM putting something in and watch as a non-active OCSM gets OCSM of the week what incentive you think they have to hang around!!
Keep in mind that some of the girls being nom'ed in OCSMotW are new, or have been out of the loop for awhile. Consider for a moment that OCSM
of the Week is indeed just that;
of the Week. It really shouldn't take in much more than the week's contribution, and consider that perhaps such a showing of goodwill might actually tempt some of these new or returning posters to stick around. It's an informal contest, one that's merely meant to be fun and show some appreciation. If the new folks see positive feedback, and feel like they're valued... isn't that likely to make them more prone to remain? To think more highly of the board and it's members? If they're consistently snubbed for time honored favorites... how is
that going to make them feel? How welcoming does that seem?
OCSMotW gets passed around a bit. In fact we've had OCSMs bow out at times to give new or less frequently nominated girls more of a chance to get ahead. It's not Miss FreeOnes, and has a different nature and agenda (not to mention no prize money
![Wink ;) ;)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
