Another day of playoffs:

East:
#1 Washington 2 (they seem to have this in hand...)
#8 Rangers 0

#4 Pittsburgh 1
#5 Tampa Bay 1 (what happened last night?)

#3 Boston 0
#6 Montreal 1

#2 Philadelphia 0
#7 Buffalo 1

West:
#1 Vancouver 2 (Chicago can't come back from this - they just look frustrated)
#8 Chicago 0

#4 Anaheim 1 (Anaheim took revenge last night?)
#5 Nashville 1

#3 Detroit 1
#6 Phoenix 0

#2 San Jose 1
#7 Los Angeles 0

In reality there are not a whole lot of teams that deserve to be moved. The whole "oh, they'd be more successful in Canada..." argument does not apply cause it can be used against pretty much all non-Original Six + Philly teams. Out of every team in the league, only three are in real danger of being relocated in my opinion: Phoenix, Atlanta and Florida. The Hurricanes have been rather popular for a few years now and Nashville is a deep run away from being the next Tampa Bay. Some may say the Islanders are keen to be moved to Canada, but does anyone really think Bettman will let that happen?

Not a damned chance.

wottle

I'm so horny, even the crack of dawn isn't safe
After 1st period 3-0 Red wings. 5 penaltys on the yotes. They look frustrated and confused. Fear the Winged Wheel.

I like the Islanders. I have their jersey. And they have a shitload of tallent, that team does.

the NHL is retarded.

keeping teams in places that dont make money. yet wont bring teams to places in canada that will make money.

America has 24 teams would it really hurt to lose some that make no money. greedy fucks.

The Jets and Nordiques weren't profitable. Canada would have teams like the Nordiques and Jets if it wasn't so shit. Sorry, but they had pro teams but they didnt care. :2 cents:

Some questionable calls, i wish they would not call the ticky tack stuff and let them just play.

yeah they were unprofitable yet when it comes to an additional team going to canada its always the places that didnt work. not the places that will work. makes no sense to me.

The bottom 5 in attendance:

Avalanche, quite a surprise since they have a nice history till recently
Ducks, a recent winner, but not a big fandom, so goes Southern CA
Thrashers, no surprise here
Blue Jacket, I like having one hockey team in Ohio
Coyotes, should move
Islanders, such a great history, but I guess NY is a Rangers territory

Hello Sexy girl how your Toes doing?
Awwww Fuck Cinderella has lost her slippers again.. :uohs: Boston is in HUGE trouble! I'll say this... after 2 games in all of the series if the HOME team didn't hold serve and win both games, they better be able too steal a game on the road. or they could be in big trouble as well.. Its still early, for those teams that only got a split @ home, but they better hurry up and win home ice advantage back, cuz, if they don't it could already be too late for them.

Aside from Montreal totally upsetting the Bruins in there own barn, IMO Tampa won convincingly in Pittsburgh as did LA in San Jose.. If all of those teams that stole a game on the road go home and hold serve in there own barns, there could be some interesting shit going on!! :surprise:

I also think Todd McClellan maybe on the HOT seat if the Sharks don't make it too the Finals this year. He's an excellent Coach, I wouldn't mind him coaching my team if we didn't have Babcock, but, for some reason he can't get that team through the playoffs.. only my opinion that he's on the Hot seat, But the sharks managment may have more patience with TM, but, damn it seems like every year they (the Sharks) hit some kind of wall and bounce.

I am certainly glad my Red Wings held onto game 2 albeit letting the Coyotes back into the game after having a 4 - 0 lead, the Red Wings took some BAD penalties and paid the price a bit... sheeesh.. well that's my perspective on these playoffs so far... LOVING IT!!! although I wish the Blackhawks were giving the Canucks more problems then they have so far.. :2 cents: but we'll see.. later PUCKHEADS!!! :elaugh:
